Stopped by this new location in the middle of the afternoon when it wasn't busy. I had never eaten at a Wing Stop so I wasn't sure what to expect. I waured to be greeted for about 2 minutes before someone acknowledged me standing by the cash register. He thought I had placed an order online. I said no I wanted to place an order and dine in. He informed me it would be 20 minutes. I said alright and placed an order. I found the cleanest of the dirty tables and sat down and managed to wipe it clean by getting paper towels and using water off of the soda machine. While waiting I figured it would be awhile but shortly after sitting down another person asked me if I was here to pick up I explained that I had just ordered about 10 minutes ago. He asked me for my name and said oh we have your order here on the shelf as it was bagged up to go in a large paper grocery bag. I was confused as nobody called out my name but it was the correct order (sandwich combo). I got the lemon pepper sandwich with fries. The fries were hot and taste but a few of them were old and twice fried. The sandwich was not all that exciting as it was dry and really lacked any lemon pepper flavor. Overall I wasn't impressed and it appears this operator is in over their head. I don't anticipate giving them a 2nd chance based on this visit.

Wingstop in North Hills on McKnight Rd was not too bad at all. I was hesitant to try the store because of all the mediocre reviews. I am happy that I gave it a change because the food was pretty tasty. The store was clean. Staff were not particularly personable but were attentive when taking my in-person order. The store did have a few people waiting for pick-up but it wasn't overly busy. The food was a little on the pricey side but that may be just due to current inflation. I did wait almost an hour for my order. Mostly because the store was keeping up with all the pick-up orders. There was a disgruntled man at the side counter arguing with staff about a order discrepancy. The staff person did remain calm and handled it quickly and professionally. Surprisingly, my family enjoyed the corn and fries more than the actual chicken. I will say that the chicken overly absorbs the sauce but still a yummy meal. I may pass by Wingstop again...maybe I will try another location for compare and contrast.

Yesterday was mothers day. My mom (who is currently going through chemo and radiation, and very food averse because of it) specifically asked for Wingstop. She wanted plain wings, and fry seasoned corn. As for the rest of us, it's not our favorite, but at this point we are happy to order whatever she wants. I think we spent close to $90 for 5 people. We ordered two chicken sandwiches, her 6 wings, 6 tenders, 15 (fry seasoned) corns, and 5 orders of fries. The wings were... Fine. Nothing special. Same with the sandwiches. Just okay. The tenders? Awful. If we wanted boneless wings we would have ordered them. The corn? Was Cajun seasoned. Not fry seasoned. I think we are 3 of the 15 and tossed the rest. Mom couldn't tolerate the spice. We might try Wingstop again in the future, but definitely not this location. Corn for size comparison to one of their "tenders" 😂💀 what a joke!

Unfortunately this is the third location in the area I tried to patronize and this is the third location to provide terrible service. This by far was the most upsetting experience I’ve had at Wing Stop. I placed the order via the Wing Stop app. I waited at home for an hour until I received an update in app that my order was completed and ready for pick up.

I arrived at the location and the restaurant appeared to be VERY unorganized. Patrons everywhere, staff appearing as is they didn’t know what was going on. It took 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged as I stood at the register. In my time waiting, I witnessed door dash drivers waiting and then taking it upon themselves to look at orders belonging to other people. When I was finally assisted, I was told my order couldn’t be found, it must’ve been canceled because they got too busy and to get a refund that I would have to return the next day when a manager was available.

If my order was cancelled, why would I have not been notified and why was I still charged? With this being the same experience from yet another wing stop, I will never spend money at another and advise you to avoid them as well. In addition to having to wait over an hour each time I’ve ordered, I’ve received wrong orders and terrible service.

There were wing stop locations in the area years ago that did not last and I’m seeing that they’re likely going to...

Ordered online at 2:17pm, stated would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I got to the store about 30 minutes after the order was placed (so about 10 minutes after it should have been ready). I gave my name to the girl behind the counter and didn’t hear much else about an update on the order. Order was called about 15 minutes later, however they forgot the put the wings in the bag. I took my receipt to the counter and asked if I could have the wings that were in the order. The worker took the receipt and took it to the back. I did not hear anything else for about 10 minutes. My husband was waiting in the car so I asked him to come in and ask again. He reminded the worker that we were still waiting for the one 8 count order of wings. Finally, 10 minutes later they were out. It took over an hour for the order to be ready when it had said it would be ready in 21 minutes online. A heads up or an update from the workers while customers are waiting 40 extra minutes for an order to be ready would go a long way. There was really no communication other than calling someone’s name when their order was ready. Just a heads up for anyone thinking that ordering ahead online will speed up the...
