Unfortunately this is the third location in the area I tried to patronize and this is the third location to provide terrible service. This by far was the most upsetting experience I’ve had at Wing Stop. I placed the order via the Wing Stop app. I waited at home for an hour until I received an update in app that my order was completed and ready for pick up.
I arrived at the location and the restaurant appeared to be VERY unorganized. Patrons everywhere, staff appearing as is they didn’t know what was going on. It took 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged as I stood at the register. In my time waiting, I witnessed door dash drivers waiting and then taking it upon themselves to look at orders belonging to other people. When I was finally assisted, I was told my order couldn’t be found, it must’ve been canceled because they got too busy and to get a refund that I would have to return the next day when a manager was available.
If my order was cancelled, why would I have not been notified and why was I still charged? With this being the same experience from yet another wing stop, I will never spend money at another and advise you to avoid them as well. In addition to having to wait over an hour each time I’ve ordered, I’ve received wrong orders and terrible service.

Read moreStopped by this new location in the middle of the afternoon when it wasn't busy. I had never eaten at a Wing Stop so I wasn't sure what to expect. I waured to be greeted for about 2 minutes before someone acknowledged me standing by the cash register. He thought I had placed an order online. I said no I wanted to place an order and dine in. He informed me it would be 20 minutes. I said alright and placed an order. I found the cleanest of the dirty tables and sat down and managed to wipe it clean by getting paper towels and using water off of the soda machine. While waiting I figured it would be awhile but shortly after sitting down another person asked me if I was here to pick up I explained that I had just ordered about 10 minutes ago. He asked me for my name and said oh we have your order here on the shelf as it was bagged up to go in a large paper grocery bag. I was confused as nobody called out my name but it was the correct order (sandwich combo).
I got the lemon pepper sandwich with fries. The fries were hot and taste but a few of them were old and twice fried. The sandwich was not all that exciting as it was dry and really lacked any lemon pepper flavor.
Overall I wasn't impressed and it appears this operator is in over their head. I don't anticipate giving them a 2nd chance based...

I gave my name to the girl behind the counter and didn’t hear much else about an update on the order. Order was called about 15 minutes later, however they forgot the put the wings in the bag. I took my receipt to the counter and asked if I could have the wings that were in the order. The worker took the receipt and took it to the back. I did not hear anything else for about 10 minutes. My husband was waiting in the car so I asked him to come in and ask again. He reminded the worker that we were still waiting for the one 8 count order of wings. Finally, 10 minutes later they were out. It took over an hour for the order to be ready when it had said it would be ready in 21 minutes online. A heads up or an update from the workers while customers are waiting 40 extra minutes for an order to be ready would go a long way.
