Wendy's — Restaurant in Ross Township

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Waiting in about 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru because they were not taking orders watch the same three cars ahead of me for 10 minutes.

Placed my mobile order but they made me wait 5 minutes before taking my name I wanted well done fresh fries. Didn't get the opportunity to get that 5 minutes later they call me to move forward and pull to the window.

I get to the window I told her I wanted fresh fries and sweet sour sauce two of them.

The whole time she's been shooing me to just pull up next to the door.

She was bum rushing me so fast I couldn't even tell them I wanted the sweet and sour until I halfway pulled forward and had to reverse so I can tell them I wanted sweet and sour sauce two of them and she nodded her head but then again pushed me away and told me I need to pull up to the door.

I'm waiting for 5 minutes again. You would think with this weight that I was going to get fresh fries and my sweet and sour sauce but nope.

When the girl finally came out with my food I asked her if there was sweet and sour sauce so I looked there was one but I told her there was supposed to be two and her response was like well if it's in the bag then you got it.

I told her they were supposed to be two and I thought she was walking back to grab me my second but she never came back.

The fries were cold and not fresh.

This was by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in Northwest Indiana.

Corporate for sure is getting a phone call this is...

I've been going here for a while. I like Wendy's. In fact I like it more than McDonald's and I decided to go to Wendy's instead of Culver's today. So why am I sitting in the McDonald"s drive thru with 3 antsy kids in the car? Because after nearly 15 minutes of sitting at the drive thru at Wendy's, I got tired of the wait and left. The drive thru wait times have been unacceptable lately. The line gets so bad that it blocks traffic in the parking lot and on a couple of occasions has backed up traffic into the street. It's 8:00PM, which isn't even peak dinner time! I'll update this if the wait time changes but as it is, it's unacceptable. There were still 7 cars in line when we left.

Edit 7/28/18: I decided to give them another chance. It's 7:12 as I'm writing this. I have kids that need to eat and I've been in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. I've seen at least 6 cars get in line behind me an leave in that time. I decided to drive away just now, after my wife said "this is stupid" one too many times. Back to McDonald's we go again. Tried to visit this location twice in the last month and had issues both times.

The first time I sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes and no one took my order. Said hello 3 or 4 times. Finally I got a response, but no apology for my long wait. I ended up leaving.

The second time I pulled up to the drive thru which was lined up back into the road. Sat for about 6 minutes and the line wasn't moving. There was a huge gap between the person paying and the person ordering so the line wasn't the issue. I ended up pulling around and walking inside. Stood for 5 more minutes before anyone decided to take my order. Tried to give the cashier a coupon from the app and she told me she didn't know how to apply it and the manager was gone for the day so she couldn't help me. I then heard people laughing about not taking orders at the drive thru and making people wait. I told them it was ridiculous, to cancel my order and that I'd be calling corporate.

I won't be returning to this location. The employees don't seem to want to do their jobs and do everything they can to...
