Across the Coast Seafood — Restaurant in Roswell

Decided to stop on in today to try the lobster rolls and shrimp since Across the Coast was highly rated and the food looked really good! However we arrived to Roswell Junction and they were one of the few stalls that had no one working, and a manager said that they were running late. This was about 15 minutes after Roswell Junction opened. Totally understand that things happen, so we were willing to wait. A couple of employees arrived about 10-ish minutes after that and started to get set up for the day. After about another 15 minutes, we go to check and see how much longer it would take to get setup, fully understanding that it would take time. However, before we could ask or anything, one of the employees gave a bit of attitude telling us that they weren't open. On 2/24/25 my family and I went to celebrate my son bday. I saw the advertisement on facebook the food look absolutely amazing. The reviews were good. The customer service was awful the gentleman that waited on us didn’t greet us, he just said what do I want smh. We ordered Salmon Dinner, Shrimp Poboy n Shrimp Basket. The presentation was good but the flavor n taste was not good. The portion on the shrimp poboy was (6) shrimp for $18.00 bread was not fresh. The Salmon dinner rice was hard n salmon had no flavor. Shrimp basket had (7) shrimp over French fries n they were over cooked. We were extremely disappointed n will not recommend this eatery. My wife and I were in Roswell on business and wanted seafood after a class. It was 2:39.. I won’t mention the server’s name here. There was no other business and he was on his phone. He mumbled something, actually could not understand him at all. We ordered 2 Fish and Chips and had to ask about drinks. Paid and just handed what looked like a key fob. I figured out what it was.
