Our family was able to easily park at 1 Mill Street. Nice restrooms are right down by the covered bridge (not in the big building up the from the parking lot). We walked across the covered bridge, went up the stairs (feel the burn!), turned left, walked about 7 minutes to the falls. The trail is flat with roots/rocks to be careful of. At the falls, we climbed down the steep bank of about 20ish feet and then enjoyed climbing over the rocks at the river and sitting and just enjoying the ambience, which included a grey heron that was hanging out. I walked left downhill, then right to find AwesomeRestrooms and a covered bridge. Mill work machinery graveyard, a dammed waterfall and nature scenery. If you want to know what working in a mill sounded like, it’s deafening! A powerful waterfall. Wheelchair/kid/rehab friendly. Handrailings are top notch! I recommend crossing the river on the big bridge and you going to the far side of the waterfall. There's much more room down by the water and you can even get out on this big rock right in the middle of the river at the bottom of the waterfall and it's absolutely beautiful.
