I first visited this store in June 2020 while on the search for a special gift for a good friend. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a friendly smile by the fellow working the counter (Abe). He kindly asked me what I was looking for or if I need the preferences that the gift recipient had and that led to one of the most interesting and insightful crash courses in #bourbon. Full disclosure, before I entered this store I had very little knowledge about bourbon. Abe gave me a detailed introduction to bourbon, distilleries, expression types, price points, allocations which allowed me to pick the right gift for my friend. What made the experience memorably was Abe’s relationship with his clients, during our 30-40 minute conversation he welcomed (on a first name basis) other patrons and quickly pointed them to what they were looking. At the end of my bourbon crash course, we introduce ourselves and I thanked him for taking the time to educate me and help me with my purchase.

I went by the store a few days later to personally thank Abe for his gift recommendation and to my surprise, Abe welcomed me into the store on a first name basis. Unlike other larger stores in the area, this is the kind of neighbourhood store where you’ll want to build a relationship. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their categories and will guide you through the many options to meet your tastes, needs and budgets.

Awesome service & good prices. For delivery, order from their website, not a delivery app! Highly recommend! I've never been to the store but I've ordered online several times. At first I used Uber, but it seems that app doesn't have an updated inventory. When there have been problems with Uber, the store has contacted me directly to resolve the issue instead of just cancelling the order like other stores do. Last time I was told I could order directly from their own website for lower prices, which I did today. For the same order on Uber, I paid about $20 less! The absolute friendliest and most informed customer service I have ever received from a spirits store. The gentleman recommended a bourbon for me to try since I’ve never purchased it before.
