We ordered our food(no customers in front or behind us), got our food, drove 10 minutes home(eating our fries while still warm), and went to eat our burgers. My gf's son started eating cheese burger, and I looked at my gf's and my whopper jrs. All three of our burgers were wrapped with the appropriate labels out(1 bacon cheese burger, and 2 whopper jrs w/ cheese). I opened the whopper jrs, and neither had cheese. We got back in the car, drove 10 minutes back, and on the way, her son said, "this is really good, even though it doesn't have bacon on it." So, I told him not to eat any more of it(even though there was only about a third left). Again, everything was wrapped the way we ordered it.
We go to the window, inform the lady that each burger is missing the extra/added topping. She says," ok, give them to me, and we'll fix them," then sees the partially eaten burgers and says they don't replace food that was eaten at all. I tell her it's the kid's burger, and he didn't say anything until he at that much of. He's a kid, and he was hungry. So she reluctantly agrees to replace it. We get the food and leave. As we're driving back home, I check the food, and see that or jrs now have cheese, but the cheese burger STILL doesn't have bacon on it. We turn around, go to the window, and I hand it to her and ask her to show us where the bacon on it is. She's sarcastically said, "sure," in a chirpy voice. Then, she unwrapped it, looked, and said, "oh, there isn't any, let me remake it for you." I then said I'd like a refund for the order as well, and she said they can't do that unless they get the food back. I said, "ok, refund the cheese burger then," and she did.
Not once did she at least apologize EITHER time, and, after we left to go home the final time, I start eating my w jr, only to find out the didn't even remake them... They just put cheese on the ones we had originally ordered 25 minutes before we initially went back. At that point I just gave up and ate it,...

I it after I pull off and no cheese, ZERO mayo, hard bread around the edges and not even luke warm. I was told my the online chat that I would get a $10 credit but I’ve called them and emailed them since then and they just give me the run around. #2 order a double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and onion on the app (paid extra for those add on’s). Get home and it’s a smashed together regular double cheeseburger. #3) I was in a rush and this was the most convenient place to Go through. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese combo with small coffee on the app. I pull up and they ask me if I want a croissant instead because the biscuits were gonna be 5 to 7 minutes before they were going to get done. So I said yes that’s fine because I’m kind of in a hurry so I pull up and the lady said so you want sausage egg, and cheese croissant and I said no bacon egg and cheese and she said OK and she gives me a bag and says thank you and I said I got the combo. I would like a coffee please with three cream three sugar. She then says oh you want coffee? She asked me three times if I was supposed to get coffee. I said I PAID FOR THE COMBO. I drive off because I’m in a hurry and don’t check my food and when I get to where I’m going to check the croissant was literally, cold smashed and had one piece of bacon, ONE piece of bacon on it. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the repeated poor service I have received at your location at 860 Woodstock Road, Roswell, GA 30075.
Every time I visit this branch and try to use a valid coupon for a hamburger, I am either rudely refused or treated with clear disrespect. On my most recent visit, I was served a burger that was not fresh, and once again, staff showed a dismissive and arrogant attitude.
I understand that I may not speak English fluently and that I have an Asian appearance, but I believe no customer should be treated differently based on race, language, or appearance. This kind of behavior is discriminatory and deeply hurtful.
I love Burger King, and I have always supported your brand, but this experience has made me seriously consider never visiting this location again. In other locations, my coupons are accepted without hesitation, and I am treated with respect. These coupons are meant to attract and serve loyal customers like me, yet here, they are rejected with hostility.
I kindly urge you to look into this matter and ensure your staff upholds the values of equality, respect, and good service. If this is not addressed, I fear many customers will be driven away by such unprofessional behavior.
