The sheer disrespectful attitude at this location astounding negative. I have been going here since it opened. I have had my order done twice wrong. This last time will cause me not o my not to go to this location again but to write letter to owner company NMR, LLC and managing partner Mr. Habib from Illinois.
Simple order 2 scopes of rocky road in a sugar cone and 25 glazed Munich’ns. Not hard, I got home and after eating two not looking I grabbed a non glazed I looked and it was a variety pack. I counted them as looked short two and there was 20.
I went pack to store, the girl said she personally counted them and there was 25 incorrect and I asked her why she didn’t give me glazed and she glared and said nothing but she counted them. I asked to speak to the manger he defended her and her actions. This the same girl that messed my order up before. She said in quite frankly the most condescending voice I’ve heard in a while “yes and you’ve been her a bunch before” I told them both that their incompetence has lead me never to return again.
Utterly disrespectful and a poor excuse for Baskin robins and Donkin Donut quality of customer service. They should be disappointed in their indifferent stewardship of the brand and the owners invest.
Outside of the novelty of your picture taken with 20 foot alien their are Sonics and a lol and pop shop that service fair exceeds the lack of quality this store customer service has shown multiple times.

Read moreI've been to many Dunkin Donuts. You don't always get the same quality coffee, even when revisting the same location repeatedly, which stinks but it is what it is. That being said, this was my first time at this location. The line was a decent length, and it's Sunday, which is understandable (however, the "dining room" wasn't open, so the attention of the employees was directed exclusively at drive-thru customers). We waited at over 30 minutes from getting into line to getting our drinks. I understand waiting a bit longer during the morning rush or a weekend, but the line hardly budged. Clearly, it moved because we got our coffee eventually but holy guacamole. Once I got the coffee, it appeared as though it had been made upon me ordering it and sat there until I was finally able to get to the window (the ice had dwindled down to little chips). Not sure if they were understaffed, which would certainly explain the wait but man... when you wait a long time, and get an awesome product, all is forgiven, but when you wait a long time all for a watery iced coffee it's just a bummer. Read moreStrange experience here. I mobile ordered ahead (20 minutes before) for 8:25 went in at exactly 8:25 and it wasn’t ready. Not a huge deal. My issue is I was standing at the mobile order pickup for ten minutes and nobody acknowledged me. They deliberately ignored me (you can tell when someone sees you out of the corner of their eye). I also heard the comment they’re “staring at us” referring to me and an older man also waiting for his order. Well duh lady we are wondering why you are ignoring your customers. She went straight to helping a door dash worker who she knew - ignoring me and the older gentleman. She asked the door dasher if he was delivering to one of her employees that didn’t show up to work and still ignored me. I eventually had a nice lady come and help me and got our food.
