McDonald's — Restaurant in Roswell

I came in just after 1050 politely starving and asking for food. They notified me kitchen was closed was closed even though the store says open I politely asked if there was anything available and the manager basically started yelling at me they were closed and would not serve me. I have never been so baffled and disrespected for trying to order a cheeseburger when they aren’t even supposed to be closed yet. Do not recommend ever

Multiple — not twice not three time, but MULTIPLE times I have I come in before 11 pm and they refuse to serve me. This time get didn’t even acknowledge I was at the register it was around 1049 and They just ignored me until I asked to be served and they said I quote “we close go away” if they are going to close at 1050 every night they need to charge their schedules because every single one says they close at 11 and all the sites and other staff say they close at 11 and the doors were unlocked.

Horrid customer service … even for a McDonald’s and that is REALLY saying something.

I went into this location thinking it was going to be just another mediocre McDonald's experience, but boy was I wrong. Their was a line out the door of at least 20 people waiting to put in their orders. I had my two children with me so I was more than reluctant to wait, however after 30 "please mommy's" I caved and went to stand in line. From where I stood I could see everyone bustling about trying to fill the orders to the best of their abilities. The manager that caught my attention, however, was named Adrianna. She was a small lady with long black hair smiling at everyone even through the rush. My kids took one look at her and said "Wow Mommy, I bet she works harder than you". Which is funny considering they've never seen me work, but I digress. I do have to say her attitude was the kind that would make me want to ask her to be my bridesmaid if I believed in marriage. She had an infectious upbeat Personality and I was grooving with it. 10 out of 10 would...

I would have given 0 stars if it were an option! I go in to pick up an online pickup order - lady tells me there is no online order - I step to the side to allow the lady behind me to order - I am still online to go next after I chose to reorder in person - they then skip me entirely to chose the family behind me whom they speak in Spanish to and clearly change body language entirely (got to love the racism and favoritism - way yo make your customers feel welcome!) - they then charge my wife’s card through the app - my wife calls to ask if it was the correct location - they say no (it was) - my wife asked another question - the lady tells her to hold - and hangs up on my wife. Terrible customer service - online ordering doesn’t work - and rude employees all around ... I wouldn’t have trusted the food from them anyway and will never return to this location as I warn all others to...
