I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had at your location today. While most of the staff were generally nice and respectful, one employee, a man with pink hair, was particularly rude and unprofessional.
While I was in the lobby deciding on my order, this employee rudely informed me that I had only five minutes to decide. Even though I placed my order within the time limit he gave me, he returned just two minutes later and told me to leave. His behavior made me feel targeted and disrespected, especially as a woman of color. This treatment was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. Additionally, he was handling both money and food without wearing gloves or a hair net, and he was using his cellphone while preparing food—clear violations of basic sanitation protocols.
I've been to many McDonald's locations and have never experienced such poor service or lack of hygiene standards. It’s extremely disappointing to see this kind of behavior allowed in 2024. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of gender or background. I strongly urge the management to provide proper training on hygiene practices and customer service to prevent future incidents like this.
After reading other reviews, it seems there have been repeated issues with this employee being rude to women. This pattern of behavior needs to be addressed immediately. I only come to this location because it’s closer to home but I will be driving the longer distance from now on.
Today really took the cake. I went through drive thru and they still had the breakfast menu up so I placed my order. I was advised that they no longer had anymore folded eggs and asked if I wanted the round eggs. I said no.
I asked for a refund and that I would just order lunch instead. My order total was $11.39. The guy at the window came back with $4.30. I asked him why was I only getting four dollars and said he didn’t know. He went to the back, I guess to check with his manager and she started screaming saying my order “wasn’t no $12”. Never once did the leader come to the window to process the refund.
By the time it was all said and done I only received $10.30. It’s not about the dollar but the principle, because at this point they basically stole from me. Had I not been paying attention when I was given the $4.30 and I would have been out of the food and money because this location does not believe in customer service.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s for a couple years and have always appreciated how the service was for this restaurant with its restrictions being attached to the gas station but today was beyond disappointing. This morning I dropped my son off of this location as I have for the entire school semester and he is to walk to the McDonald’s and wait for his ride after school. Sometimes he eats sometimes he doesn’t but ultimately McDonald’s was the safe neighborhood restaurant used for my child daily. For some reason today an employee felt the need to kick my child out of the restaurant in the morning before his school allowed children to enter. He did not purchase food this morning. My child returned to the McDonald’s after school to wait for his ride as instructed by myself when the same employee kicked him out and called the police on him. Maybe I am wrong for allowing McDonald’s to be a safe waiting area for him and I will find another location in the future for him to wait however this location does not have to worry about him waiting in their lobby...
