Summary - Management truly cares; authentic, fresh ingredients based, Chicago style pizza Details - My wife and I went for an early afternoon dinner and were promptly seated. We ordered the meatball trio appetizer and a medium "Lots of Meat" stuffed pizza. The server was attentive, the manager (Brandon) was busy around cleaning and organizing for the evening shift but still stopped by the table to speak with us. The food was outstanding. Meatballs are normally bland and rely on the sauce for the flavor boom. These are NOT those. Each bite had lots of flavor that paired great with the sauce and fresh basil. The pizza was better than what I had at a couple places in Chicago. The crust had a crispy bite while holding in all the saucy, cheesy goodness. For the Instagram crowd, it's a great way to get the "cheese pull" video to show off. Everything from the sauce, to the crust, to the ingredients and toppings all tasted fresh and expertly prepared. My wife and I are already planning on bringing friends here for another amazing Nancy's experience. To be fully transparent, this review is my second one. My first experience was horrible BUT management of the Roswell location and the corporate office reached out to me. They asked to give them a second chance in return for a compensated meal. No one knew who I was until the check was presented so this new review is authentic.

In town for business and co-worker felt like Chicago style pizza. A few Google searches I found this place. 7 minutes from our hotel. Tuesday evening not many people, which isn’t rare in restaurants. Our waitress seemed very shy but she was the only one helping 4 tables and kept us on task. We ordered breadsticks and I asked for a side of Alfredo sauce (if you haven’t tried this combo you’re missing out) they were great. Nice outside crisp and inside density and garlic/butter/parm was perfect. We ordered a medium Original Tony Style. I can’t tell you how much I loved this pizza and same with my co-worker. I’ve been to Chicago and had some of the best pizzas there. This pizza had the crust that was made like a golden bathtub to hold all the greatness in until you sliced it and loaded it on your plate, then you have to eat it. The amount of mozzarella felt like I broke into a mozzarella bank and stole it all. I still have dreams about that crust. Can you guys ship me some of that to Dallas? Nancy’s Chicago scored 10 stars on that pizza. Highly recommend. As I say, make it your own and enjoy great food. Side note: Our front desk person was from Chicago and didn’t know this place existed. We brought her a piece back. She was shocked/Happy. I hope she enjoyed it.

I think they miss mark for sure. We were excited to try this place...it was recommended by one of our foodie friends so we go at around 5 on Friday evening. we were not greeted even with the two ladies at the desk the one was helping another family with a to-go order...& in fairness they did have some kind of an electrician there but one other girl was on her phone I don't know if she was doing GrubHub stuff or whatever but we weren't greeted finally we said can we get service and the ladies like oh you want to eat here? honestly the whole time we were there it seemed like nobody had ever worked in a restaurant before. the server didn't tell us her name & with it only being open two and a half months I would have expected either one of the ladies at the check-in booth or at least our server to say welcome to Nancy's have you ever been here before? Do you like chicago-style pizza? We also have original thin crust and a super thin crust and a regular rustica crust. No explanations of the menu! so we said we're big foodies this is our first visit what's the spiel? So she tried to make up for it but it just was a dismal failure in my opinion with it being a new restaurant in the area no sort of welcome no sort of explanation no engagement whatsoever. We ordered a Caesar salad which actually was quite decent and very flavorful which most Caesqrs are not and it even had teeny little bits of very well cooked bacon to add additional flavor which was nice. My husband got the rustica Pizza and I got the thin crust and I did not like the pizza. It had no bite or crunch whatsoever to be a thin crust and the crust was just super boring and no flavor. In fairness it did have lots of toppings and I like the way that they cut it in tiny squares. But my husband's medium pizza was $20... For a medium pizza 2 topping & the pepperoni had very little flavor and again we're big foodies we spend lots of money eating out but it just was not worth the money for sure. So I give all of this feedback with a sincerest goal of helping them have better engagement, welcoming attitudes and educating people on who Nancy's Pizza is and what it stands for but again just the basics of no engagement from most anybody. And forgive any punctuation errors I'm using voice command on this. I would not go back nor recommend. I'm giving three stars because the Caesar salad was good and they gave a decent amount of toppings but for the price and lack of flavor and horrible lack of engagement I would not come back oh and let me just say they weren't tremendously busy when we were...

If there was a way to give less than 1 star, that would be my rating. I have been a regular customer of this Nancy’s location for a few years - sometimes ordering even 2x in the same weekend. My family often asks for Nancy’s when they come from out of town to visit. However, today I am sorely disappointed, offended, and a little angry about an incident involving a coupon. They might have lost a customer b/c of the service I received from Zach, who says he is the store manager.

I placed two separate online orders for pizzas - one paid for with a card and the other with cash, totaling just under $50. On each order I used a coupon code for 20% off (~$5 off each order). When my sister walked in to pick up the pizza, while I sat in the car, she was asked for the coupon. She did not have it b/c in the numerous times I’ve picked up pizza from there, I have NEVER been asked for a coupon and didn’t know I needed to give it to her. These are the same coupons that are attached to the top of the pizza boxes, the box that Zach handed to her when she walked out the door. It’s not really a big deal. If they want the coupon, I’ll bring it.

As I was driving home, I received a call from Zach who told me that someone else came to pick up my pizza. He said that I needed to bring the coupon next time b/c I used a coupon code online for two orders, and the owners want the coupons brought in. I repeat…the same coupons they attach to the top of the pizza box! Really? Zach, you called me for that? After the pizza had already been ordered, paid for, and picked up you took it upon yourself to call me about a $5 coupon? I was so taken aback by receiving that call I didn’t say anything but ok.

After thinking about what happened, I called back to get the person’s name who called me, asked for the owners’ names, and when they would be in the store so I could speak to them. I was told by Zach that they don’t really come into the store. What business owner doesn’t come into their business? So I left my name and phone # and asked that they give me a call. I’m pretty sure they Zach won’t be giving them...

My wife brought me here for the first time for my birthday to get some Chicago-style deep dish.

They served a deep-dish pizza that was a towering masterpiece of rich flavors and textures, crafted with care and indulgence in mind. The foundation was a buttery, flaky crust—thick and sturdy but with a tender, almost biscuit-like texture. This crust was pressed up the sides of a deep, round pan to form a bowl, cradling all the delicious ingredients within.

Next came a generous layer of gooey, stretchy mozzarella cheese, perfectly melted and covering the crust edge to edge. The cheese served as a delicious barrier that kept the crust from getting soggy while creating a decadent base layer of creamy, melted goodness.

Above the cheese, a hearty helping of toppings was piled on—traditional favorites like Italian sausage (rich, fennel-spiced, and slightly crispy at the edges), pepperoni, fresh green peppers, onions, and mushrooms, which add just the right blend of savory and earthy notes. Each bite felt like a balanced burst of flavor with every topping bringing its character.

Finally, the sauce: a chunky, bright red tomato sauce layered on top. This sauce was thick and robust, made from vine-ripened tomatoes and seasoned with garlic, oregano, and a hint of basil. It is a sweet sauce which I'm usual not a fan of, but the acidity of the tomatoes helped balance out the sweetness with a tangy-ness that saved the sauce from being obnoxiously sweet and cloying. Also some flecks of grated Parmesan sprinkled on top added a final touch of sharp, nutty flavor to offset the sweetness.

When baked, this pizza emerges with a slightly caramelized crust edge, a bubbling top layer, and the intoxicating aroma of Italian herbs and garlic. The experience of slicing into it reveals the thick layers within, each forkful a satisfying mouthful of cheese pull, savory fillings, and rich tomato goodness.

Oh yeah,...
