Most aweful experience the other day. And this has happened 4 times so far. VERY long wait. Burnt food and very bad customer service. We were in the drive thru for 20 mins then took our order we pull up and pay and when we pay girl cashier with short hair doesn't smile or act nice and I ask about our drinks and she says no I will not give them to you! They will give them to you when your order is done. And to pull up to door next to window. Then we wait 10 mins. And at our request that's OK since we asked for fresh nuggets (don't serve what you don't eat... nasty cold fries and nuggets) and we asked for lightly cooked fries with no salt. Well Manager comes out with food. And fries are burnt and nasty and no drinks. I asked we had 3 drinks. (A good manager would say I am so sorry let me get them real quick for you) no she says well ill have to check on that. Mind you no smile and not a nice attitude. And we wait 8 mins longer no one has come out now with our drinks. (Mind you if we wanted to go in we would have ate there and wouldn't have waited so long in drink thru! By this time all of us have gotten irritated and annoyed. We feel like a bother as a customer just taking our order which is not acceptable any customer service should be nice friendly and a smile otherwise why are you in customer service. Now my husband goes in and says why didn't the manager come back out with drinks and a young man the only good employee says I'm not sure I'm sorry and no manager in eye sight and handed my husband some drinks. He comes out and our daughters drink is not in the drinks. So my husband goes back in and gets a 3 cup. Why would a manager or a just an employee leave ppl in the drive thru and not care. That's not OK. Also no receipt was given and that's because they know they suck and don't want a review and the corporate doesn't let you get a review without a receipt. Read moreExpensive for what you get. Food's usually hit or miss depending on what you order. So be very careful. Sometimes it's good and sometimes not as much. The burger I ordered was almost my whole $10 gift card. Total came to $8.80 so holy hell. Wasn't exactly an $8.00 dollar burger if you ask me. Was a little tricky trying to use my gift card but was able to after some reasoning but the staff was pretty helpful and didn't make a big fuss about doing it, but they did seem to rush the whole process which I didn't appreciate. I went pretty late so I could specifically avoid such a hassle. Also didn't want to impose on any other customers time so that's why I chose this time at night to visit. I didn't know that this place was so expensive but I don't really know when the rate hole happened but the last few visits here have been on the more expensive side of what's expected for a"burger 🍔 joint" meal, especially considering meal size, quality and overall quality of the food in question. When going here on the next visit I'll make sure to keep budget in mind. Didn't eat inside so cleanliness and store/counter experience is absent but since covid and all I'm reluctant to eat inside these more mainstream fast food spots. Classics like Frosties are usually as good as I've ever remembered them. Junior bacon cheeseburgers are my go to as they are slightly better than a McDollar burger. Fries are sometimes cold and sometimes they're top notch so I guess it really depends on the staff on shift for the day. All in all nothing too spectacular or horrible. Will probably visit again some time...
Read moreHorrible absolutely horrible! First off I was told my purchase I made online was nowhere to be found and there was nothing they could do about it and I would have to call corporate. After sitting in the parking lot trying to get ahold of corporate then finding out the number they gave me was not valid. I decided to get down and speak with the manager, well turns out my Food was right there the whole time but I guess that would be hard to spot since everyone seemed to be in their own little reality hanging out staring out the back door of the restaurant with the front unnatended. Luckily I got down and checked for myself after they sent me away and told me there was nothing they could do to help because low and behold my order was sitting right there on the counter when I walked in. Maybe they forgot they had just made it 5 minutes ago......when I finally got ready to eat I should've known better then to leave without checking my meal and behold my food was completely messed up, I didn't even get the items I received for starters (I triple checked my receipt) I ordered a chicken BLT and a junior bacon cheeseburger and I got 2 double cheeseburgers neither with bacon....... And my nuggets felt like I could shatter a window with them. I'm not sure what they're smoking back there but that was a mess of I've ever seen one I wish I had a more positive review besides that the diet drink selection is great I don't have much good to say I didn't even get a simple apology though out the whole ordeal ....that's the last time I go that...
