This honestly has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. First, they messed up our order mistaking it for someone else’s. Instead of fixing it politely, this young woman who looked like a teenager with long light brown hair in a ponytail who was working the window got visibly annoyed and started cursing in Spanish to her coworker (not knowing me and my friend both speak Spanish!) When she came back to hand us our food, she intentionally dropped it as she was handing it to us, and didn’t apologize or even acknowledge what she did. She acted like the mistake was our fault the whole time. We just wanted to get our food, it isn’t our fault you messed up our order.
Then she told us to park and wait for the smoothie. We accidentally parked in the wrong spot, and instead of just coming over and asking us to move politely, she obnoxiously yelled at us loudly and very rudely over an honest mistake. Genuinely appalled with how I was treated. Her attitude the entire time was nasty, hostile, and extremely unprofessional, and it completely ruined our night.
To make it worse, when I got home and tried to call the store several times to tell management about the way we were treated, they declined our calls completely. They refused to take our calls at all!! We could not reach anybody.
This location needs better management and staff who actually respect customers. That young lady working the window genuinely treated us like scum! Beyond disgusted and disappointed. Will be going to the other McDonald’s from now on. Do not waste...
Read moreI went with my girls to this McDonald's 2/4/23. We ordered and pulled up to the drive through window. I watched as the store manager picked his nose then proceeded to hand us our food and drinks without washing his hands. I have never been so disgusted. I pulled around and walked inside with all of our items. The man who picked his nose and handled our food/drinks greeted us at the door. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said he was the manager. I told him that I saw him pick his nose before handling our food and drinks. I said I wanted new items by somebody with clean hands. This is beyond disgusting and unacceptable in a Fast food place. I work in the food industry and this would never be tolerated. I ended up paying for food that we never even eat last night because we were all so disgusted. That's 30 plus dollars wasted. I reached out to corporate to express my concerns. They forwarded my concerns to another store manager. She reached out once and left me a voicemail and said that she would call back again later. She never did and basically just sent a follow-up email saying she's been trying to reach out to me several times which was not the case and if she can help at all in the future and let them know I asked for a refund because at this point I'm so disgusted with McDonald's their customer, service, and all aspects of it I have yet to hear back anything. They could not figure out my simple order 2- 2a meals Quarter Pounder then charged the car in front of us for the order and tried to hand it to them- while charging us for the wrong order etc. The drive thru really requires someone speak fluent english to take orders. I get it that you were training the person but they would make a better line cook or cleaning person. People at the drive thru are usually in a hurry.
