Ordered through the drive thru (indoor closed to public) there was only one car in front of us so it was not very busy. Ordered a 2 for $10 only to get the window to pay and be given 2 sandwiches and 1 soda so we were missing one more soda and 2 fries. When we explained to the employee we were missing food she argued with us saying that is not what we ordered. We asked her to then correct the order so we can get the 2 for $10 and she said they didn’t have it. So the ad plastered on the menu is incorrect? You don’t have fries and a drink to complete this order? When we asked to speak to a manger we were told there wasn’t one there. We ended up handing the food back and asked for a refund on our card. Read moreIt just shouldn't be so difficult to get an order right. But it seems to be. Two weeks ago, we ordered two whoppers with the 2 for 5 deal, plus 1 large and 1 medium sodas with no ice. We got ice. We didn't get straws or napkins. And we were overcharged by about $6 so we clearly didn't get the 2 whoppers for $5. We were not refunded the money.
Tonight, we placed the same order plus 4 cookies. We were given the whoppers and cookies and 3 drinks, not the requested two. All the clerk needed to do was take back one drink and refund the money. The Dr. Pepper wasn't marked so nobody could tell which drink to return. The clerk took all 3 drinks back then returned all 3 with ice. Again, no refund. No straws. No napkins.
The order this week cost the same as the smaller order last week.

Read more80% of the time we get what we order. I have been a long time supporter of Burger King. But I'm done with this location. Too many errors! I usually order via the app. My last experience was done that way. They started to hand me 2 drinks. I told them that was not my order. They check. "Oh, ok the mobile order". There was a lot of bustling. Team members gathering the food, talking to each other, looking at me and more bustling and talking.
Long story short, even though the receipt on the bag had my exact order, i got nothing close.
