I stopped by after seeing the glowing reviews, but overall, I left a bit disappointed.
When it comes to the drinks, the dark chocolate latte fell flatâI could barely taste the espresso, and the 16 oz size was a bit much, both for me and my toddlerâs hot chocolate. The flavor leaned too milky. As for the pastries, the muffins were overly sweet, and while the banana bread was decent, it wasnât particularly memorable.
I wouldnât call this a kid-friendly spot. When I ordered a kid's hot chocolate for my child, I wasnât told it would come in the same large 16 oz cup. There were no high chairs or changing tables, and a cashier even told my child to sit down, which felt a little unwelcoming.
The atmosphere had a slightly stiff feel, though the décor was well-coordinated and charming. On the plus side, the space was clean and well-kept.
They had a great selection of teas, so maybe that would be better...

The wicker chairs look a bit weather and the cushions are quite filthy. We sat on the pleather leather couch for a bit while we waited for our drinks. Think it might be good to tack down the rug in the front entry as well as the main cafe area, the ends are curled up and could be a tripping hazard for someone.
Ordered a 16 ounce PB&J latte iced with oat milk and a 13 ounce mango with tajin. Theresa recommended the PB&J as iced since the PB gets a bit funky as a hot drink. $16.96
The mango juice tastes quite syrupy to me, super sweet, not naturally mango sweet. The Tajin is fine. Drink wasnât good, not tolerable, would not get it ever again.
At least my husband enjoyed his drink some.
