Last week, my wife and I came here and ordered 2 meals, one with crinkle fries and one with curly fries, and I asked for horsey sauce for my roast beef. We got 2 crinkle fries and arby sauce. Ok, we are all human, and mistakes happen....Yesterday, we went back, and I saw that the potato cakes were back! I was totally excited about that as I had always loved them! My wife had never had them, so I was equally excited for her to try them! We ordered a number 14 with potato cakes with a large diet and a number 2, double with potato cakes and a large diet. The bill was $24.00 and change!! As if that wasn't bad enough, there were no napkins or sauces in the bags, and the potato cakes were soggy, cold, and greasy to the point that they were not edible I could have gone to a nice sit-down restaurant for less money, better service, and better food! Nope... I won't be eating at Arby's anymore.
I wrote this review a week ago and was asked in response to fill out a questionnaire on their website, and a guest relationship person would contact me. Well, like I said, it has been a week and no follow-up. If corporate doesn't follow through, how can they expect their employees to do any different? I just read an article that Arbys is in the top 3 worst fast food places in the US, behind Burger King and Hardee's. Previously, I would have argued that, but as it stands now, I am a believer.
UPDATE!! I received a letter yesterday from corporate saying they were sorry for my experience and they had talked to the store crew about the issue. They also included 2 cards for a free sandwich in hopes that I would give them another chance to redeem themselves. Really..... like I'm supposed to be excited about getting 2 free sandwiches?? However, even though the sandwiches are free, the drinks and fries would still cost more than $10.00, and I am not willing to invest that money just to give them another chance, so I gave the tickets away.
Nov 11th, ok, I broke my promise not to go there again, but I read that for Veterans Day, they were giving a free regular roast beef to Veterans. Soooo... My wife and I stopped to get lunch, I asked the front line person about the free sandwich, to which he replied he would ask his boss. Upon returning he told me that they don't participate in that!! I pointed out that it said on the internet they did, and once again, he went to talk to the manager. This time, when he returned, he told me that the manager would only give me 10% off on a meal, but thank you for your service. I said nope and left!! DONE...
Read moreI like Arby's food. However, it just takes that one employee to make the food taste like the service. We visited this location in Russell springs Kentucky over Christmas. We didn't get our condiments so we finished getting gas and ride back over there. My daughter went inside to get some sauce. Well before she could even get her sentence out, one is the employees Said it's over there, pointing at the condiment station. My daughter said we came through the drive through and then the lady said while rolling her eyes, I Said it's over there, we don't have any packets. If infact they were out of every flavor sauce packet, then fine. It is what it is. However, that's not good customer service. A polite answer would be suffice. Next time try to do and listen. Then with a polite attitude and not rolling your eyes, say, " I'm sorry/ I apologize for the inconvenience but we are currently out of sauce. I can give you a container with a lid if you'd like to get some from the...
Read moreThis was the worst visit we've ever had. We were traveling through and usually can grab and go food here. We went in and ordered two sandwiches one wrap and a curly fry 2 drinks. We asked for the wrap to be warmed(came out cold) my turkey BLT was supposed to be no ranch/sub mayo and toasted.. came out no bacon, no tomato, ranch and not toasted at all. Curly fries were soggy and tasted like old oil and our other sandwich was so saucy we just threw it away for fear we'd be covered in Arby's sauce just opening it. The manager was also rude when asked if the club sandwich or wrap could be warmed. Also, a kid came in from break made a shake licked the shake cup all over bc he clearly overfilled and headed straight back to prep line. Not even washing hands or anything and placed his slobber covered drink right by prep area where our food was being made. Embarrassing and shocked at this establishment and the quality of service/food/MGMT and employee disregard...
