Stopped in for a bite of lunch with my 2 kids. Went into play place to eat and let the kids burn off some energy after all the snow. One of the managers who did not have childcare services allowed her kids to run around the play area unsupervised. The boy kept throwing his Spiderman action figure across the room and climbed on the outside of the playground area. He also made sure to pay all the girls on their bottoms and privates even when they were sitting down to eat... While the little girl tried to boss the smaller kids around... Clearly they are used to their behavior going unchecked. However I wouldn't feel safe to bring my kids back. One other parent said they were thinking about booking a birthday party there for their kids, but left soon after hearing the 2 kids that were being unruly belonged to a manager... I'm all for letting kids be kids and having fun but I teach my kids to keep their hands to themselves and especially off others private areas... McDonald's playgrounds is not a daycare center and If you don't have child care you should probably stay home because it was just an uncomfortable meal with my kids.... Would not recommend it as a safe place for kids to...
Read moreI stopped in for a cup of coffee. They had one of their kiosk. After fumbling with it for a while I finally got my coffee ordered, paid for it, then went and stood in line and waited and waited. Seems I wasn't the only one standing there waiting, lot of other customers were.
It was about 9 a.m. local,. To add to the confusion, someone had decided shut down and clean the cappuccino maker .

She handed me my change, then my coffee and I stood there enjoying my coffee while waiting on the rest of the order. Even though, the one in Easley was packed with homecoming football fans, it took me less time to get my breakfast than it did in Russell Springs. Lesson learned, if I see a kiosk, it would probably be faster to...
Read moreStopped by for lunch. I wanted to try and use the new way to order food and have it ready for me when I got there. I have never used it or even have an account. Let me tell you it was a breeze. I ordered a big Mac meal. When I was pulling in it was packed. I pulled in to pick up my order. If people had been trained to do what they was supposed to it would of been one of the greatest things of all time. But I assume that they just aren't use to using the tech. Yet. And some people just aren't willing to learn. I had to go in and pick my order up. But it was already bagged and setting there. Just had to go pick it up. I will be doing this again. I want to see which restaurants actually do what they are supposed to do. I will be doing reviews on everyone around from now on. I want to make it a better experience...
