Wendy's — Restaurant in Russell

They can not fill an order , they can not answer the phone called 6 times in one day and they never picked up. They ALWAYS leave stuff out of my order and if I am in a hurry like today I grab it and go because I think if they have their job they must be able to read and preform simple task like putting the sandwich in the bag. They do not in force the mask which is a state law, and i am not talking about eating I am talking standing in line or working behind the counter. The 6 ft rule does not apply either. It is bad. Rallys is across the road and a little harder to get to but they get the order right and wear mask so from now on that is where we will be going, at least I do not have to go there 2 times to get my order done right.......June 18th 2022 Update we tried them again and everything was perfect changed our 1 star 🌟 rating to a 5 ⭐. I'm not normally one to make a big deal about stuff but this was absolutely inexcusable. I came to your restaurant around noon today 10/25. I entered the restroom to use the bathroom and wash my hands before I ordered cuz there was already a long line. An employee young man blonde hair slight build rushed out of the bathroom and didnt appear to wash his hands. I go into the stall. He has peed EVERYWHERE. The floor, the back wall, the seat. Everywhere. Just piss. Everywhere. I had to get towels and handsoap to clean your bathroom just so that I could use it... annnnd you know what, nvm, this is just healthcode stuff. Went through the drive through and the gentleman taking the order had to be told several times what I wanted, got to the window and waited for several minutes to pay and the lady jerked my card from my hand like she was all of a sudden in a hurry. We waited several more minutes to get the food and she literally throws 4 bags (2 kids meals) of food at me and says”here’s your food”. We get it home and my sons nugget meal had 2 chicken nuggets in it my daughters had everything on it when I specifically noted 3 times plain. My sandwich wasn’t even wrapped!
