KFC — Restaurant in Sacramento

My sister and I stopped here for dinner after being in the hospital all week caring for my nephew. The place was empty, no customers at all. There's no drive thru so they weren't serving customers. The entire place was disgusting. And not just from a single day of service. It was built up grime on every surface, the doors, the handles, the trash can, the soda fountain, the tables. There was no clean surface for us to sit and they didn't clean a table for us even after watching me get napkins and running under water from the soda fountain area to wipe down a surface. Then they didn't offer half their menu because it was an hour before closing time. So their most popular menu items were not available for order. When our order was ready the employee at the register just hollered, "Hey girls!" I was so disgusted. I will not return. First time I order online with this KFC, I ordered two of the 12 piece bucket meal, only received one of the 12 piece bucket. Second attempt, same order (two of the 12 piece bucket meal) online again, but this time I called to make sure they gave me two of the 12 piece bucket meal. The lady on the phone said, "looks like you order is complete" just to make sure I reply "so there's two of the 12 piece bucket meal, right?" right away I was put on hold. The next person to get on the phone was a guy, I explained to him my last experience with them so I'm just making sure I get my order correct. All he said was "ok" and then he hung up on me. Okay where do I begin, how about the ridiculous time it takes for your food to be made. Despite KFC being "Fast food" if you could even call it that, my food took a half an hour. I do not remember what I got, but I know it was mothing big. Honestly, I am not sure if they were just busy that day I was not paying attention to how many other people there were or if they are just always like this.
