IHOP — Restaurant in Sacramento

My kid and i visited this establishment in this location after a doctor's appointment and were very hungry. Before we ordered i needed to use the restroom. The restaurant stall had BM on the ground as well as the toilet smeared. I decided just hold it and not use the restroom. I washed my hands and used the paper towels to open the door to exit. Working in the medical field i know better when it comes to contamination. I reported it to the staff. Her cure was to tell me there is another stall i could us in there. I responded with. I dont wanna go back in there. Its gross. Ill hold it. I hear the girls in the back saying its "only" a little bit of poop. Then went to clean it. I was grossed out now. A little concerning if they see no problem with that. We finally ordered after that. I ordered the Tbone steak plate med rare for $21.29. my kid ordered the chicken and waffle for $17.99 and 2 sodas at 4.49 each. Some how on my receipt was a 3rd order of 4X crispy chicken for $22.48 we never ordered. Thought the chicken and waffle was 1 item plate. And why is the extra chicken $22.48? My kids chicken was already on the plate like the picture showed on the menu. so that was concerning. As we got out food. The steak was over cooked and extremely hard to eat. I had to rip it in peices with my hands because the knife would not cut through and super hard to chew. I ate maybe 30-40% and my soda was 100% flat and gross like its been sitting out over night and all i taste was the syrup. My kids Chicken was old, hard and burnt. She took 2 bites and would not eat any more. We normally clean out plates so we are normally not food Karen's. I did not notice the extra charge till i got back in to my own town miles away and studied the receipt. I should of listened to my kid in the beginning and just turned around and walk out with out ordering anything. Over charded for extremely low quality food and extra charges for items we did not order. My kid even said this food is not Worth the price at all. And extremely unsanitary with staff that do not understand what contamination is or how this is a huge sanitaton problem. And to blow it off by saying to use the other stall and then to say its only a little bit of poop in the back. We did hear that. I can only imagine what there house looks like if a little poop is smeared around the bathroom and its ok by them. Truly disappointed and feeling sick after the little we ate from this...

Stopped in to get dinner, around 9:30 pm. I placed a order to go two Hamburgers. I pay for the two meals. Only to be told, they are all out of Hamburger meat. So I make a 2nd choice. Steak and Eggs. I then get told, they can not pull. Any eggs out, due to them closing at 11pm. I've already paid for two meals. With my debit card at this point. So I inquire about getting my money back. Get told, " I would have to wait until tomorrow when the manager is on duty." " Or find something on the menu". At this point I'm frustrated. It is clearly showing.

I ended up getting, two beef tip bowls. With mash potatoes, and rice. Needless to say. That food was burnt. It's not what I wanted. I ended up not eating at all. Pretty much got ripped off.

Update Aug 15th 2021. Called the establishment to talk with the Manager. First I get told, " hold on I'll get her" Then I get hung up on. I called right back. " Get told oh she's gone home" " can I have her call you back"? " Or is the something I can help you with"?

I left my number for her to call me back. I don't expect to get...

This was my second IHOP in the same day I had such a horrible service at the first one I had to come to another one which was so much delightful the waitress I think her name was Alexia she was a breath of fresh air she was like a angel Sent From Heaven all my food was made the right way and I didn't even have to ask for anything I just told her what I wanted I paid up front and took her up front I just wanted to get that out the way so I can I had to rush there first to get to happy hour absolutely recommend this one which is downtown and you know I stayed at the hotel that was by here and it wasn't that good of a shape hotel but they had good service and it was quiet so I liked it and so I came to this IHOP today and it's nice it's clean it's nice in here Airy the air conditioning is on at the perfect temperature they have an extra room you know if you want to be kind of secluded it has a bend in it like a l which is amazing and it have a back patio that's covered so you can you know see traffic going by and stuff it's it's a real...
