I had the number R2 which is the spicy black chasu ramen and all I can say is wow. Everything about it was spot on from the broth to the noodles to the chasu pork and the veggies they add in there. The egg was a little bit salty but that's okay everything else in the bowl makes up for it. Especially the broth which was the best part it says it's spicy but it's not that spicy just a little but they do add little bits of jalapeños to make it spicy and the chasu pork looks like it doesn't have flavor but right when you take that first bite out of it, it's flavorful than you really think and of course super good. I'd definitely come back to this spot. Price for this ramen is not that expensive either. It's under $15 dollars and it was well worth it. If I were to truly rate it, it might be like a 9/10 just cus of the eggs being a little salty but other than that AMAZING

In a nutshell; great place to stop by and enjoy some Japanese food, there's a few parking spots just to note since downtown parking is rather difficult. Props to our server as she was accommodating as she is kind. The booth was comfy enough and the table wasn't wobbly. It's a relatively medium-small place so it may be difficult to bring a big party of people here but as accommodating as they were they might be willing to make some arrangement granted depending on how busy it may be. Food was decent but is priced to fit downtown prices so I'd say the price doesn't necessarily fit the price but don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the food I ordered. Overall good spot, parking is limited but available if not busy, and would drop by again if in the area.

I had a very pleasant experience at Soku Ramen Bar. I ordered their delicious ramen soup and veggie rolls, which were both satisfying and flavorful. The ramen broth was rich and creamy, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The veggie rolls were fresh and crunchy, and came with a tasty dipping sauce. I also enjoyed their matcha boba milk tea, which was sweet and refreshing. The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves ramen and Asian cuisine.

We came in on a busy day, decided to do takeout and it was a great choice. The food was a good price for what you get and it tastes homey. Definitely coming back for more visits :)

We are actually the couple that ordered after the person with a one star review that very rudely came up to the cashier and started making a scene without letting her even respond. We were going to offer for them to go ahead and that we weren’t aware as takeout / call in customers that they needed to order and she could stop helping us in the meanwhile but he continued just acting like it was the end of the world and walked out without waiting for a response. Not surprised to see them comment on here negatively as their attitude was just as bad and honestly they missed out on a good meal.

The cashier was sweet the whole time and no attitude was apparent for the people that they had to deal with, the wait was well worth it and admire the patience. Our extended family loves coming here every month...

Upon walking in we were told we could sit anywhere. Once at the table we waited for a short period of time until the same employee who greeted us took out order. I ordered an Ice Coffee and was informed they no longer served it, despite it being on the menu, me and my friend opted for (tap) water instead. For the appetizers we ordered Green onion pancake and pork dumplings. Green onion pancake was advertised as six pieces and came out cut in four, What dumplings were advertised as eight pieces and came out at six. Green onion pancake was probably the best thing besides the Ramen that we ate here. The pork dumplings were bland and had almost no flavor. We also ordered a Chicken Katsu Sandwich which also came out not as described, but was very flavorful despite the very thin Katsu. The ramen itself was great, despite the fact we ordered our eggs cracked sunny side up and we received them hard broiled. Service was not the best but...
