3/1/2025 update: I came into the store today and was unable to use the self-checkout due to having a coupon. There was no cashier behind the counter as she was out in the restaurant Sweeping. I went up to her to let her know that I needed her to assist and she said she'd be with me shortly. She continued sweeping for a moment and then came to assist behind the register. The first thing she did when she got there was hung up the broom and dustpan and then grabbed it to go order and placed it in the bag. She did not even wash our hands before doing so. She then came and run up my order. My green beans were done a lot faster than my burger and sat out for a while. She told the other lady to re-dip the green beans in the oil and give those to me. I told her I do not want those re-dipped green beans and I wanted fresh ones. She had a little attitude in her response but she did advise the lady to make me fresh ones and that I didn't want those. Her attitude made me a little snappy with her At the end of our interaction because it appeared that they were giving me the same re-dipped green beans. It was my mistake though in that they did not. I don't think I'm going to come to this one anymore because I've had multiple issues each time I come.
We came today to use the buy one get one code and the app stopped working on our way. We tried to order online to use the code but there is no place on the website to enter in the promo code. I went into the restaurant to see if we can do it there. No one greeted me when I walked in but they greeted the guy who walked in after me. That kind of broke me wrong but I let it go. I then asked to speak to the manager at the restaurant to see if she could do it and she claimed that there was no way for her to do it. I know that's not correct because managers have the power to override things, especially if they know it's a promotion that they sent out to their customers. Terrible service and the restaurant literally lost $40 because we had multiple burgers and sides in our cart

Read moreThe food, for what it is, I would give 4 stars. But both times I’ve come here now, the service has been slow and as a doordash driver I get paid per delivery and not by the hour.
And especially tonight when an employee admitted it was a slow night, I would have expected my pickup to have been ready for me given I waited a little before I came here. Instead I had to wait five minutes for the gal to go over and take care of some fries while two others stood there. And when she did come look for my order, she found it still sitting on the printer waiting to be sent to the kitchen and told me 5-10 minutes.
I am under no illusion that I will receive this order in five minutes and have already warned my customer to the situation.

Read moreThis location sucks. Everytime I went here they always mess up my order. The first time they put guacamole in our burgers when we didn't even ask for it. We got it fixed but it's such a hassle to drive back and forth. This time they added Tomato and lettuce to one of the burgers when I specifically asked not to. My husband is allergic to tomatos so he couldn't eat it. Tried calling so they can fix the order but can't get ahold of anyone at the location. It routes the call to their call center.
