I had the very unpleasant experience at this location with a partner named Serena. My drink is not on the menu, and after ordering, she said she was trying to find the button on the register for my drink. I told her that there is not a button and tried to explain how to ring in the drink (I am a previous Starbucks partner, and know their POS system) Serena rudely dismissed me, twice after I tried to explain how to ring in the drink. (Double vanilla under tow with whole milk) After I placed my order, she went to the other partners and started talking about me while making eye contact with me the whole time and smirking and laughing along with other partners. Extremely unprofessional for her and the other partners that took part In the situation. I went back a few days later and she was there again but in the drive thru this time. She Saw me and immediately started talking about me again to the other partner that was on drive thru with her. Her behavior and that of her fellow partners that took part in bad mouthing me, are not at all in line with Starbucks values. This location was the one I stopped at everyday on my way to work. I will not be back. Ever. Serena; next you wanna talk shit about a customer, don’t do it where they can hear you and see you doing it. Wait til they leave the store. I ordered a chocolate cookie frappuccino made with coconut milk and of course the traditional whipped cream on top. It was thick rich and beautiful! I am a big fan of Starbucks with some locations the product is watery. I always order a frappuccino because I love that fluffy almost milkshake texture. Well the one that I got today was absolutely perfect and not only that the customer service at the window was spectacular . If I could give 10 stars or 20 I would. Read more11.21.20: The girl with medium brown hair is rude. I ordered by using the mobile app this morning. Inadvertently I choose the other SB on Exposition and ended up picking up my mobile order about 1 hour later. When I arrived, I explained myself & showed my receipt. She took her time looking at the receipt, went & found my order. It was nice & cold, I was not offered a new or heated cup (pike). I asked the other barista for a fresh cup. No offer to reheat the bantam bagels, either. Cool. I even tried calling & calling to cancel, but no one answered - when I explained this to the 1st gal she actually told me I was probably calling the wrong SB. No I was not!
