Starbucks — Restaurant in Sacramento

This location keeps changing its operations. The app says their open normal, but when I get to the store there’s a sign saying the hours changed going forward, this is after taking my money. I hate this store. Close it down. You’ve ruined my perspective of Starbucks. It’s dysfunctional and I guarantee you don’t care about the customers. I am divesting in Starbucks all together getting rid of the app and any habit of having a Starbucks coffee moving forward.

Turns out the signage was just their cover because their opener couldn’t come in. I visited the store after my appointment and them being open so I could get my drink and find out what’s going on.

Hours did not change. I suggested they change the wording of the signage so it doesn’t read like it’s moving forward.

They were nice to make my drink and offer me a voucher card for a drink.

They are a friendly team and some know me by name which is always a delight.

Overall though, this location is small and they took out the seating. They need to relocate to a better location in the area and...

All the baristas were in the dots.Even in areas their jobs r cater with love.The services at Starbucks r busy and it's about time and essence .Their jobs where they at. is how much dedication they make in their drinks.Over here ambience ambition and we should be thankful for the baristas for walking into another direction to provide every customer their drinks.This is a best place to get coffee.I am grateful for the people who are introverted as many more blessings to continue for All of them# Anganda 52 Sue..

The Starbucks delivery was great and the everything was prepared right away from the ground up and it was a long time going there Visiting the people I know and I'm glad they are so much better than others Starbucks

The staff is usually friendly, and ive always enjoyed going her but im thinking about changing my home starbucks, staff has been very rude amd every iced coffee beverage i buy always tastes different. They always get upset if you have to tell them it tastes awful. I spend alot of money here and im not treated well.
