Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sahuarita

My order consisted of pizza, wings, and a 2-liter of Pepsi. When it got delivered, the 2-liter was not delivered. Not a big deal, everyone makes mistakes. The driver or whoever got the order together must have forgotten to add the 2-liter. Again, not an issue. I make the call to pizza hut regarding the 2-liter and i was told it will be at minimum and hour before the rest of our order would be delivered. A minor inconvenience but i understand that i am not the only ordering pizza. The rep on the line changed the time to about 35 minutes after voicing my concern. Here is where the 1-star comes in. Up until now, i have not really had an issue, the person i spoke with about the situation was very helpful, understanding and respectful. As i opened the door and accepted the 2-liter from the delivery driver, I was a little surprised as to what i heard and had to have him say it again. With a cocky smirk and giggling while he was talking, a very brief description on how it was my fault the 2-liter was not there and it was an inconvenience for him to return to my house. I did NOT expect anything when i answered the door for my 2-liter. I did NOT expect an apology, or anything close, Shit happens right, we're only human. But a delivery driver trying to talk down to me, explaining to me that it was my fault he forgot the 2-liter, I find that unacceptable. My family and i do not have a "go-to" pizza place, which makes it very easy to decide where to order from. Anyone want to take a guess where i am NOT ordering from next time my family...

Hadn't been to pizza hut in many years. Thought the one in Sahuarita had closed but we saw people going in so we thought, what the heck. Let's give them a try. We were the only ones there initially. The salad bar was closed. Understandable. We ordered a pan super Supreme pizza. It was great. Crust was thick but not too chewy. Toppings were all there. Very enjoyable. Only thing was the total bill came to $30. This included the pizza, one drink, and the tip. A little expensive, but we were able to get 2 meals. All in all, very enjoyable. AVERAGE EXPERIENCE!

I am giving three stars because of the hospitality shown by the two women at the counter. They were swift, quick and gentle. I loved the ambiance; it was calm, just like an elite restaurant! I would not say I liked the policy that Pizza Hut does not give free seasonings along with the pizza. It was not enjoyable. Secondly, the dining time closes at 7:30 pm, while on Google Maps, this outlet says the closing time is 10 pm. This is misleading. However, pick-up is available till 10 pm. Not so happy with the...
