Their pies are delicious but unfortunately their business management and customer service are highly lacking. We arrived at 1pm and they were completely out of all their pies, including their lunch pies. This was highly disappointing for us as we live in St Pete and were on holiday in Palm coast. We made a special trip just to get one of their pies. If it was late, I could be more understanding, but 1 pm is still early. We asked the staff if they could call one of their other locations for us to see if they had any pies available, but the staff said they could not and that their are no phones at the other locations. Seriously? What year are we living in? So we left and took our chances and went to the 4265 A1A S location. Luckily they did have pies left at this location and the pies were delicious. However, if business management and customer service do not improve, we can not recommend this place. It comes down to simple supply and demand. They need to increase the supply in order to meet the demand by customers. Also, they need to be able to be in contact with one another and with their customers. We live in a digital age and...

The Aussie pies are great and there are veggie options. The pastries are also yummy. I donāt drink coffee, yet my sister does and just orders americanos or decaf ones and likes them. There are a variety of waters and juices to buy as well. We happen to love the merch!!!! The custom made coffee and espresso cups are gorgeous. The artist designed T-shirts are really clever. There are different ones for each location! We hunted down the one I wanted and the one my sister wanted at the couple of different locations. Sure we couldāve ordered them online, but thatās not as fun. I love that there is an Aussie-ness to some of the customers at this location. I could tell in clothes they wore, brands and graphics on T-shirts, and accents they had. It added to the darling-ness of Kookaburra. The other locations downtown and south on the island are cute as well. I havenāt gotten to all of them. But Iām...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy first time here I kind of had a I had a poor experience. I feel like they should have been great but there was a lack of clarity with the menu and the cashier was not helpful and did not help bring any clarity.
My second time, however was much much better. The employees were much more helpful, my espresso was a LOT better and I felt much more welcomed. Something I noticed was that there were multiple names for the same drink (piccolo/cortado; printed and posted Menke's) and with the variations of drinks that's exist in the coffee community, that doesn't help. When advertising as an "Aussie" coffee place, and knowing of the variances between Italian and Australian style espresso, more clarity in how each drink is broken down would be appreciated.
I did appreciate how my macchiato was served with seltzer and the store had...
