A Cozy Gem with Warm Service This charming little coffee house is a true neighborhood find! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a really warm and inviting atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can comfortably settle in with a book or catch up with a friend. The coffee is consistently excellent—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. They've got all the classics, of course, but I particularly enjoyed their specialty latte, which was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. They also have a nice selection of pastries and small bites that pair wonderfully with their drinks. What really makes this spot stand out, though, is the service. The two women working there today, on July 27th, are incredibly friendly and efficient. They genuinely seem to enjoy what they do, and their welcoming demeanor adds so much to the overall experience. They're quick with orders, remember regulars, and are happy to offer recommendations. If you're looking for a relaxed spot with great coffee and genuinely kind service, this coffee house is definitely worth a visit. It's a delightful place to start your day or enjoy a quiet afternoon pick-me-up.

Nice little coffee shop. Tons of different drink options. Have frozen sangria and margarita options. Also local beer and other drinks like Yerba Mate. They have different baked goods as well. Tried the frozen Carmel with whip and it was really good. Had a great coffee flavor and taste and wasn't sugary. Their Carmel latte was great as well. Got a brownie and it was a good size and delicious.

The coffees are exactly as we ordered and absolutely delicious. However, they're about $3 more than any other coffee across the states. These 2 coffees, plus tip, cost $20 and it's the only size available for iced. We also noticed several of their croissants came from a package. We didn't ask questions, but it was a turn off.

My recent visit to this coffee shop was nothing short of a nightmare. The encounter I had with the store's barista was so unpleasant that it has left me with no choice but to share my experience.

We entered the shop, excited about getting a nice cup of coffee, but our enthusiasm was quickly shattered. We paid for our drinks in advance at the kiosk, and the barista immediately reprimanded us, demanding a tip. I quote him, "Why didn't you leave a tip on the kiosk?" There is a tip jar on the counter that we like to place tips in after receiving good service, as is customary.

What followed can only be described as a relentless barrage of guilt-tripping and harassment. He began venting about people not tipping that day, and how much of a task it is to put the drink in the window. He then shifted from guilt-tripping to full-blown verbal harassment, telling us that he didn't want to serve "ungrateful" customers who couldn't "budget properly."

He escalated the situation further when he attempted to refund our payment but couldn't figure out how to do it. Throughout this ordeal, he aggressively prepared our drinks while belittling us in front of other customers. The atmosphere became so uncomfortable that other customers fled the shop to avoid the confrontation.

As if that wasn't enough, he continued to badger us about why we couldn't afford to leave a tip, making us feel humiliated and unwelcome. Finally, he stormed out of the store shortly after handing us the drink, leaving us to question whether we had just experienced a bizarre and traumatic episode at a supposed coffee shop.

This level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and harassment from a barista is unacceptable. I have never felt so mistreated and uncomfortable in any establishment, and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before visiting this coffee shop. It's a shame that such behavior is tolerated by the owner, as it undoubtedly drives away customers and tarnishes the reputation of the...

Just to help others when you go. You must ask for whatever size, they won't ask you and only put in for a small. They are missing revenue with doing that there imo. Next, keep it simple the barista got super stressed while we were there and yes it was busy so there's that. (Things were wrong, people taking other people's drinks, all kinds of stress was happening) Now, if you want a matcha tea, they are steaming it in milk, not a traditional tea and when you bring it up you'll be schooled that "steamed in milk is the traditional way to make matcha" their words verbatim đŸ€Ł (even though it's not) so had to have it remade through all the huffs. (Granted she was stressed tf out) but still matcha isn't a latĂ© unless it's ordered as a latĂ© and a latĂ© wasn't ordered so try not to belittle the customer for no reason. Matcha is amazing when treated properly and should be in hot water (not brewed) and if being made into a latĂ© the milk is to be frothed separately (traditionally) as high heat hurts and scorches the matcha. Just like you'd make a coffee latĂ©, hope that info helps...

The flavors and roast were good for the coffee drinks ordered. Matcha was bitter as it was unfortunately scorched. Hot chocolates were blah though. Cute spot, nice guy taking orders and trying to keep barista calm. He was very friendly and...
