The hostess table, and seating procedures are so disorganized here. We went there, it was busy. We had a group of 7 and they told us the dining area was full. I asked if there was a waiting list and she said "We don't do that, we just sit people when something opens up." I asked if she had a time. She said "The middle seat is the only place they could fit our group and that table just sat down." I asked about putting 2 tables together. She said hold on, and then chatted with her coworkers a little. Meanwhile, there were tables that could go together. There was a place, technically for 6 (moving a table for 4 and table for 2 together on a booth) but we were told we couldn't do that because it was only for 6. I told the lady I was over there, we would fit. She said we wouldn't. I said we we were smaller people and there was definitely space on the booth side for 4 of us. She said it would crowd the other table. I told her we'd move it away from them. It sounded like our only option was to wait for the one big table, where a big group just sat down. She said we were welcome to go to another restaurant. I told my group the problem, that we had to wait for the big table to open up and they just sat down. She then said...no we could put other tables together, just not that one. Just then, 2 groups got up from two tables of four next to each other. I asked about that one, and she said let me check. She left and didn't come back. So now, there were the 2 tables with 6 spaces available, and 2 tables with 8 spaces available. We waited for at least 5 minutes for her to check. Then 2 groups of 4 came in...and the people at the front sat one of them at 1 of the 4 tables, and another one at that group of six. Either the seating staff don't know what they're doing...or they were being disrespectful. I think it's more they don't know what they are doing. They certainly don't have good customer service, or problem solving skills. We finally left, a whole 25 minutes after we arrived since it seemed like they really were making no effort to sit us and would give us vague hints of "You're not welcome here". So if you have a group bigger than 4....they don't know how to accommodate you. So if the one big table for about 20 in the middle is full, you're screwed. And don't wait...because there is no good system. There solution is...go sit in the bar, which is fine if there's space...but there isn't. 5+ are...
Read moreTonight I placed an order through Buffalo Wild Wings app for delivery at 8:34pm, but while ordering the food before checking out it stated the food would be delivered by 9:45pm. Once I checked out , I notice a change in the time, the new time for the delivery was 11:10pm. I then proceed to call Buffalo Wild Wings ( this location) to cancel the order at 8:37pm a young lady answered the phone and I told her I wanted to cancelled the order due to how late the order would arrive she asked me my name I told her and she the told me that she was going to reach out to a manager and asked if I could hold, I said sure that’s fine I’ll hold. I wait for 20mins and then the phone ranged again and someone else pick up ( another lady , not the same one before the tone of voice was different) I explain I had been told to hold for a manager and restated what my problem was she then told me they were busy and could I hold while she check my order. She never came back to the phone after I waited an additional 10 mins and I finally just said you know what I’ll just wait, for the order to be delivered. At around 11:00 I noticed there was no change on the Doordash app regarding my order status I then called Buffalo Wild Wing again to see what was the hold up with my order the young lady answered and advised me that no one came and picked up my order and that I needed to reach out to Doordash. Almost immediately after getting off the phone with her I noticed a change in my status but I still decided to call Doordash anyway to see what happen and why no change in my status A Doordash rep advised me that BUFFALO WILD WINGS , never acknowledged the order and that’s why my order wasn’t picked up !!!! Once Buffalo Wild Wings finally acknowledged the order my order was picked up by a driver and delivered within 15mins to my home and the driver even told me the same thing that it wasn’t acknowledged by the merchant !! This is ridiculous!! I lost hours of sleep waiting on food that I tried to cancel but the staff at this location kept putting me on hold ( which is unprofessional and bad customer service) and then once I got my food hours later!! My fries were stiff and cold my chicken was dry and on top of that I ordered celery and carrots as a side and it was MISSING!!!! I will never order from this Buffalo Wild Wing again!!! I am beyond disappointed in this particular location. I’ll just stick...
Read moreThis is my fave BWW in the area (even though there is one located closer to me). We like to sit in the bar when we go - bar seating is "seat yourself". Their bar area is large and has booth, table and bar seating.
Food here is always hot, fresh and tasty. We like to get the nachos add chicken. So good and pretty decent size. Today I went for lunch for the 1st time - def do this, great lunch deals- and I ordered the Southern Chicken Sandwich combo (comes with fries and a drink). Hubby got the boneless wing lunch combo. Both were delicious. Sometime we order a wing and fry special: EX:30 wings and fries. I prefer the traditional wings with medium sauce - always crispy, sauce is perfection.
Service was good. Today the bartender was the only server in the entire bar area helping all the customers, making all the drinks and delivering food. She was friendly and helpful. I had ordered a water for a drink, then when I ordered the lunch combo she said "the lunch combo comes with a drink included, would you like to get a drink in addition to your water?". WOW! That is top notch service! A drink is typically $3 at a restaurant! Kudos to her for looking out for the customer!
They have lots of tvs with a variety of sports playing. Many show subtitles and the audio is typically on for the "biggest game". I'm not much on sports so I don't know how that is decided.
Overall, great wing place. Fries are also surprisingly good - shoestring style. Stop in here next time you have a wing craving or just to watch a game.
Download their app. Earn points every time you eat there and sometimes they have food specials...
