We came here for dinner when it wasn't busy and the service was horrible. We ordered 3 meals and had to correct them on the simple orders several times. One of the servers was even wearing headphones while we were trying to order and didn't seem to care other about anything but getting out of the front. The food in the trays had been sitting out and had gotten cold and several of the trays were sitting with barely any food here. The front of the restaurant was fairly disgusting. Trash was overflowing, tables hadn't been wiped down, and the place was almost empty. The floor felt sticky and clearly hadn't been swept or mopped. The few customers that were here had to wait in line for almost 7 minutes before being noticed by the other workers. After sitting down and eating, we reviewed the bill and noticed we had been charged an extra bowl of food. When brought up to the manager, she informed us that she was unable to give us our money back until her manager approved it. The manager that was there was filling online orders by herself and was struggling under the workload. Her "help" had disappeared and was no where to be found. This restaurant needs better structure for the workers to be able to handle the payload and for customers to enjoy their meal. Read moreGiving Qdoba by The Bass Shop 1 star is being generous. My daughter ordered a bowl to go through Grubhub because she was starving, tired and did not want to get back into her car. We know when using Grubhub it costs more but today she was willing to pay the price. When it was delivered, she opened it and first off all it was a sloppy mess, like someone had eaten off of it. It didn’t have all the ingredients she ordered and it was freezing cold. When we called the store to talk with the manager she was very insistent that the order was correct and it wasn’t her fault. She blamed it all on Grubhub. I am not saying that grubhub didn’t play a part in the situation, but they are not the one who made the meal. She was very rude and was NOT willing to help with this inconvenience at all. The only thing she said she would do is send us another one. At this point, sending something else out to us was not worth it because it would take another 45 minutes and my daughter was way past starving. I understand GrubHub played a part in this, but this manager would not own up to part at all. I guess I will provide an update on what the next bowl looks like when it arrives. Read moreI picked up a catering order 02/06/24. The young man that assist with packing my order was very nice. He stated that since I had a small catering order for the guacamole, so he upgraded my guacamole. When I got home I opened the pan with the three cheese Queso and was surprised with the amount, which was 1/4 of the pan. I also ordered steak and saw how little I have received. I have been coming to this Qdoba and ordering catering for about 8 months. I called and asked to speak with a manager about my quantity of queso and how very little I received for $57.00. This manager perceived to tell me he was the one who took care of handling the queso and how he had giving my an extra 1/2 pound. He also said the pan was bigger, which was not true. I have been ordering the same exact queso for months and have never received so low of this amount before. I took what he said as an excuse for saying the pan is larger. I hated I waste my money. A very unhappy customer. This is the second time I was disappointed with this location. The first time no staff showed up to open when I had a catering order for 11:00am on a Tuesday and waited for almost an hour. That manager was nice and very apologetic.
