Great crew with great customer service skills but came here mid morning and waited over 20 minutes for my mobile coffee order and no one asked why I was standing there. When I finally asked it was located away from the pickup area by the coffee machines. But my coffee tasted great.
Update: Second visit, 11/11/22 8:39 am, they didn’t add sweetener to my coffee (mobile order with the request for sweetener on the sticker).
Update: Third visit: 10/29/23 1:12 pm, great food and perfectly-made drink; team on deck (Rianna, Jalen) were respectful, welcomed me, all efficiently cleaning or filling orders. My drink hadn’t been made for mobile order but the person at register asked me what I needed and others told him to check the screen so he was new and eager to work. Great team work and training going on. I overheard one reminding Jalen their clock out time was 1:00 and he said basically it was busy so he stayed—great work ethic. Atmosphere better, they added a couple seasonal decorations to the tables and donut case. Place was clean because Rianna was doing a superlative job mopping and cleaning in detail. Read moreService was little to be desired. I went through the drive-thru and the young lady taking the order was so clueless and rude it's not funny. I ordered 4 long johns they only had 2 ok no big deal can I have 2 Boston creme ..no we are all our... ok what do u have.. we have vanilla w/sprinkles, we have strawberry w/ sprinkles, chocolate w/ sprinkles, and glazed. Ok I will take 2 vanilla with sprinkles and 2 chocolate with sprinkles and the rest glaze oh wait we don't have anymore glaze .... she just said they had glaze... wait for 5 minutes and she comes back on we found the glaze lol... so then I get my donuts and the order is all wrong but I was so frustrated at this point I just wanted to go home. Needless to say I got only 2 vanilla donuts with chocolate sprinkles I asked for long john got those but was told they have no Boston creme but the long johns turned out to be Boston cream lol .. poor girl was clueless they definitely need more training on customer service and the donuts or items they...

Who knows if it was on purpose.But today they wouldn't give my husband half of my order nine of the dozen donuts I ordered & paid for on the app.He told them he's missing half the order still,he tells my husband that he needs to bring my phone up there and SHOW THEM.Are you kidding me! So I had to go drop what I was doing and go all the way up there to get my kids donuts! The manager proceeds to say I don't know why they didn't give you your whole order its right here! Well then why don't you talk & train your employees?!They could at least given a voucher or free donuts,the app is supposed to be convenient but it's second time they been a major inconvenience.The price and wait time has went up so I've just been going next door to Star bucks due to the professionalism , and without being a major inconvenience.And DD prices going upbthey won't be able to...
