Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

Tried for the first time a couple weeks ago. It's ok, not great but also not bad. Im not sure I will go again, but it was worth trying. They were out of mangos so my husband was not able to try their advertised drink, but he enjoyed what he got. We were looking at the menu forever, and the young guy behind the counter waiting on us decided to wait to tell us they were out of something until we ordered it. It would have been nice to know what they didnt have while we were trying to decide on what to get, especially since what my husband wanted they were out of, so he had to try and quickly pick somethign else. I got a Pineapple TropiKale Twist. It was not very flavorful, and for the price I would like to actually taste what's in the order and...

I usually do not have a problem with this location. Today however, was a very different story. The sales associate behind the counter was very matter-of-fact and unhelpful.

When I inquired about the purchase of my items going to my rewards she gave me some long winded excuse on why the answer is no and they’re not linked.

As a transaction continued, things fell apart even more. When I asked for a receipt, the excuse I got was the receipt machine is broken.

I keep receipts for my books and I used my credit card. All I have is her word on how much I was charge.

Upon tasting the smoothie, it is overly sweet and not made like it usually is. Not very...

This is the second Saturday that this location close one hour earlier. On the webside and on the door are clearly posted the closing time, which is 9pm. It will be nice to drink a cold smoothie right after having a workout. Apparently this employee dont care about making revenue, they just wants to go home early and get paid one hour for doing nothing (because the place is close) I already talk to the manager the first week which was pretty nice to me, but apparently she disnt fix the problem....the same way I'm writing this review, I'm gonna send an email to Cooperate. Maybe they will...
