Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

i am absolutely disappointed as well as disgusted with my experience. i called ahead 30 minutes early and places my order. when i arrived i was told that they never got my order and i never spoke to anyone. i proceeded to call the store off my phone and it was in fact the right store as well as the time stamp on the original phone call. they then begin apologizing saying there so sorry for the inconvenience and offer me 50% off. then they take $3 off my $30 total and i say “hey sorry but unfortunately this isn’t 50% and you guys told me 50%”. so the manger comes back and messes with the computer. ends up taking off another $5 and i just don’t even say anything at this point because we are starving and the discount isn’t make or break for me. i then go sit at the tables to wait and notice on the receipt that there was pepperoni on both pizzas when i had only ordered pepperoni on one. i went back up to the desk to ask if it was a error on the receipt or not. she proceeds to tell me that there already in the oven with pepperoni and she’s sorry about that. she offers to take the pizza out of the oven and take off the pepperoni and i said no it’s totally fine i will just take them off when we get home no big deal. because at this point i just want the food and to eat. i then watch the cashier go to the back and put a glove on her right hand. take the pizza out of the oven and take the pepperoni off with her ungloved left hand. no hand wash or anything. i then canceled my order. i told them i was not comfortable eating here after seeing that and they proceeded to argue with me saying she had gloves on when the back is completely open and i watched her take them off with her nails....

I have been a long standing customer for Marcos’s Pizza, sadly this location doesn’t have the same service anymore. I had ordered a heart shaped pizza & a brownie for my valentine dinner while I worked. So excited to get my food & the driver who had a language barrier called me to say he was lost. I speak Spanish & was able to help him with directions, 40 mins passed and the driver had not arrived yet. Contacted the store & they told me “he just delivered your pizza” while my husband was speaking to the driver on the phone. The staff member on the phone kept saying “he’s there now” and I requested to speak to a manager. A manager by the name “Josh” got on the line & apologized and said they have issues with their tracking system & told me due to the inconvenience he would process a refund by the end of the night. It didn’t feel right, nothing had shown on my account so when I called the store a nice lady told me that there was no manager by that name & nothing had been processed. They lied to me! & said that a manager couldn’t open the transaction so they would offer a credit for my next purchase. How can I purchase again with the negative experience I had? my food was delivered 40 mins late, I had to come and get it from the driver and I was lied about a refund. You want to keep your clients then don’t lie to them! Preferably go and buy your pizza somewhere else or make it at home because places like this don’t deserve our...

The place was clean and the staff were somewhat attentive. The food wasn’t that great. I ordered a calzone, and theirs doesn’t come with ricotta, so it’s not actually a calzone. Supposedly, they put three different cheeses into the food, but the staff said they have no idea what cheeses are in the food because it all comes mixed together. (Still annoyed that there is no ricotta…) The food was prepared fresh, by the same person who took my payment…. (I have no idea if she actually cleaned her hands, but I’m hoping she did.) The “calzone” was mostly bread. Very, very little cheese and very few slices of pepperoni. It was pretty much bread. Honestly, it was like a sandwich made with a thick roll and only one slices of cheese and one slice of meat. You get a small side of cold pizza sauce to dip, which was ok. Not enough to try to get down the roll, I mean “calzone”. Overall, I wouldn’t return. It’s not very tasty food and in the Lake Nona area there are plenty of other places to drop your $15 for lunch and get more than just bread. So, you get half decent service at a location that is quite clean and you will be meh about the food, but at least it was...
