My family of four went there for dinner this evening. We were greeted upon entering, the wait was relatively short and we were seated at a nice booth. We had a lovely waitress who was friendly and helpful. We ordered our drinks, which came fairly quickly and when it was time to order the food, she helped us choose food that wouldn't cause any of us any difficulties. However, when our appetizers came out, one of them was not what we ordered. When I took a single bite out of what was supposed to be plain chicken, it turned out to be highly seasoned buffalo wings that triggered a severe asthma attack. That necessitated my using my emergency inhaler and leaving the restaurant immediately. Through my gasps for air, I asked them to make my order to go because I was not going to be able to eat it then. My daughter asked them to make all the orders to go, so that if I ended up having to go to the hospital, they would still be able to have their dinners. The manager, who is also asthmatic, understood the problem, apologized and saw to it our dinners were made ready to go as quickly as possible. He even comped the entire meal for all of us. We had gone there for a celebratory dinner and the fiasco ruined our dinner and our evening. I ended up being sick for the rest of the night and discovered later that I couldn't even eat my steak either, as it had been heavily peppered. Even my loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli were salted and peppered, though not as heavily as the steak. My entire meal was pretty much unfit for me to eat. However, the rest of my family's meals were acceptable. The appetizer that caused all the trouble, was replaced with what we ordered in the first place and packed to go with the rest of the meals. My husband was unable to drink his beer, we were unable to get the chocolate lava cake we were going to buy for dessert and we had to leave without enjoying our celebratory dinner. All in all, it was a total disaster and all because of one single appetizer that wasn't right. Why did I then give them five stars? Because when they learned about the mistake and the dreadful problems it caused, they went out of their way to apologize, make things right and comped all the food for the entire table. The bill could have been close to a hundred dollars. They went above and beyond to help us out with everything as quickly as possible and for that reason if for no other, I'm giving them five stars. By the way, my strawberry lemonade was delicious. That might have been the only thing I got to eat or drink but still... it was delicious and I really enjoyed it. Will we eat there again? You bet but next time, I'll be more careful and have my husband check my food first. Thanks so much for all the concern and assistance. It made all...

I had the opportunity to dine in to Chili's last night something I rarely do as I don't go to restaurants that often. But last night was my friends Bachler party and that is where we went. We had a fairly large group but we were respectful and always polite. I got there a bit after the drinks were served so when the waiter came to take our order I asked for a water. She took our orders just fine but didn't bring me the water. I was fairly thirsty when I walked in so water was something I really wanted. I ended up asking her 3 or 4 more times for a water whenever the waiter stopped by to bring us food or fill the other drinks, but was never brought a water. I ended up going to the bar and asking for a water to which the person said "ohh yes of course where are you sitting ill bring it to you". I told him and went and sat down. I had ordered a hamburger with pepper-jack cheese and jalapenos something that was fairly salty and really needed some kind of beverage with it. By this time I was so thirsty I could barely eat. But still I wasn't brought a water. Finally at the end of our meal when she brought us our bill my friend asked for me because I was so done with the care I had receive, but she finally brought a water. Finally after we were all done eating, and paying she brought me a water. I couldn't believe this it took over an hour for something I had asked for 5 or 6 times. Yes its something free and its just water but It is a need. Chilies didn't give me one of my needs and wants. I was very respectful and had no respect shown back to me. I usually tip when I got to restaurants but in this case no way I hated my service and I plan to never go back to this chilies. My experience was horrible and I felt like no one cared about me as a customer something that is essential when in the...
Read moreI can't give enough credit for the AMAZING service we received!!!
Came in a little while ago, and it was very busy and was told it would be a 20 minute wait, and it ended up being closer to 45 minutes. Once we were seated, our waiter, Lee, greeted us and brought us our drinks promptly, and took our order. It took a VERY long time for our food to be brought to us, but the service that Lee rendered was absolutely fantastic. We never had to ask to have our glasses refilled, and he checked on us constantly, made us smile and laugh and apologized for the long wait. The food was satisfactory, but not what we know chilis is capable of, and what should have been an hour, maybe an hour and half meal, turned into almost a 3 hours because of all of the waiting. That being said, Lee went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and even brought the manager out to check on us and apologize for the long wait, and that he appreciated our patience. Superb service saved this experience.
The best part-- the same friend and I decided to go to Chilis again (about 2 months after the previous experience), and as luck would have it, we got Lee again as our server. This guy is a stud. He was super attentive, he got our drinks and our food to us super quickly, and then the even bigger surprise came at the end of the meal. When we asked for the check, he returned to our table and told us that he remembered us from a while back and how patient we were with him and that he appreciated us coming back and for giving him the opportunity to give us the service we deserved, and he completely covered our meal that day. It was so not necessary, but I am so beyond impressed with him! Chilis may be busy sometimes, but the service/staff is incomparable!! Thank you Lee for taking your job so seriously, and giving us an absolutely fantastic dining experience! We will...
