Edit: Just wanted to bring some attention to how great you are running your drive-through, a logistical nightmare I'm sure that chick-fil-a has excelled in better than any other fast food restaurant. With that being said, customers frequently stop in the middle of the roadway in the parking lot because the queue is completely filled. This brings that roadway that should keep moving to a halt and traffic will spill out all the way to 100 S waiting for the person stopped in the road way. This needs to be addressed and workers need to tell customers they cannot stop in the roadway that leads to other business. The need to keep moving untill the line has shrunk. The food will always taste as good as you think, as most options on the menu will almost always taste great. the staff there are almost always willing to help you if you have a concern. You always receive the right order if you get it at the right times if they aren't super busy. They have a playset inside so you can set kids loose while you enjoy a meal.
Bad things-If you go the wrong times, you usually get the wrong order but that's on a rare occasion. Sometimes the staff will not be as enjoyable and social as they are usually supposed to be according to their slogan. They usually don't keep seasonal drinks, or desserts in style for long, their prices are over the roof, so I would recommend getting their apps and earn rewards because it just isn't very affordable if you were to buy food for an...
Read moreI’d like to give a huge shout out to the staff at this location. My boyfriend and I flew into Vegas late one evening and started driving to our destination in Utah. We placed an order on the app to pick up along our drive. I saw a message about closing hours on the app so I called to confirm. We were going to make it in time. When we pulled up, the restaurant was closed. It took a minute but I figured out we passed into a different time zone. My boyfriend walked in and explained to the staff what happened. They sent him out the door with a couple wraps and cookies, free of charge as their fryer and registers were closed down. They did not have to do this but we were so appreciative.
