This bridal store is top notch!! I needed help with my Halloween Costume. My costume was an 1800’s lady and my husband went as a Sheriff from the same time period. In that era, the ladies wore hoop skirts and corsets with lots of lacing. This modern woman had no clue how to get into such a contraption🤷‍♀️ So my wise husband suggested going to a bridal shop. Turned out to be one of his best suggestions. Bell Tower Bridal Store to the rescue!! This store is a very nice well organized and well stocked bridal shop. There we met an earth Angel named, Lauren, who quickly made us feel right at home and took us under her wings. She assessed our situation with her expert eye, and got right to work, she took my very wrinkled hoop skirt/slip (shipped in a tiny package from Amazon) and steamed all the wrinkles out of it. Then she made me a bridal appt to help me into my costume and tackle the corset bodice of my dress. So many laces!! But with her expert know how and determination, it wasn’t long before I was nicely tucked into the dress in all the right places. 🫣 and off to our Halloween plans for the evening. Thank you so much Lauren and Bell Tower Bridal. You made it possible for this modern lady to take a step back in time in style!! 🙏🏻☺️ We will definitely be recommending this store to any brides to be or their attendants...

Getting married in less than a month in a half. Ordered 3 dresses online that were just awful. After consulting with a seamstress, we determined they would never be fixed to my satisfaction. I called Bell Tower Bridal at 5:30 and they close at 6. Explained my dilemma, I was literally about to lose it. The lady I spoke to wonderful and said I could stop by. Lauren agreed to stay late and show me some options. She was a breath of fresh air. Wonderful, accomodating, attentive and obviously loves her job and cares about the people she is helping. She was so conscientious of everything. She asked questions to determine if i had boundaries so that I was completely comfortable. She listened to me describe what I was looking for and pulled a dress off the rack. It fit beautifully but was missing a little something. She knew exactly what to do to suggest an alteration that would make it exactly what I wanted. She absolutely amazing from her ethic to her personality. This was literally the best customer service experience I ever had. I said yes to the dress and I know without a doubt that I can recommend her to you. I made an appointment here to just try dresses on and wasn't expecting to find the one, but found the dress of my dreams. I went in thinking that they would not have very much of a variety, but I was mistaken! They had plenty of different styles for me to try on. So ladies, if you think that they only carry modest dresses, let's just say, they have much more than you think. The girls there are very sweet and patient, they made me feel comfortable when I was nervous. I tried on at least 15 different dresses and they were more than happy to assist me. The ladies here listen to your every want in a dress, I actually ended up picking the first one I tried on by the end of the appointment. They reassured me that I shouldn't second guess picking my first try on, because they pick out dresses for me based on my desires.
