We had a great server and decent meal with some unfortunate hiccups. We ordered a Ribeye medium rare. Came out extremely rare. The server saw that when I cut into it and took it back without a word from me which was awesome. It came back looking overcooked. One large chuck was medium rare and absolutely delicious. The rest was really well-done. To the point that the manager asked if I had a dog who might want it. I'll add I have never sent a dish back in my life. We did eat a little over half the steak trying to find well cooked spots. When I brought this up to our server who had been very attentive she went to grab a manager. It was Father's Day and very busy but still for a managerial issue I was surprised it took about 20 minutes for that visit and our waitress probably felt uncomfortable coming back without any updates. So drinks went empty and could't get a to go box. The eventual check and return also both took quite a while. I did get 50% off of that entree and we were not charged for my Coke. It was really busy. They had all the Covid signage but there was no social distancing of tables. On other food- Ribs are good but nothing to write home about or pay a premium for. Mash potatoes are flavorless. The spinach dip is awesome. I gave 4 stars because they did take care of the issue and made multiple attempts to remedy the situations including the discount. I had been here about 4 years before and got incredible lamb chops.

Overall, this was a good experience. Missy our waitress was nice and we were able to have a pleasant conversation about where she was from. Personally, I like a person who is open to talking about their lives. It allows me to connect in our currently socially distant world. She could have a little better when I didn’t have all the pages of the menu. She went looking for a new menu when she should have taken one from the next table. The food was good. The dinner rolls were wonderfully warm and had a nice flavor to them. (Note: you have to ask for them, otherwise they won’t bring them out to you. Not too cool!). My daughter loved her Baseball Sirloin. She had some of the filet mignon but thought the sirloin was better! She also liked her fries well enough. My wife was very disappointed with her fries green tomatoes. The white sauce was too heavy and the flavor was far too overpowering for the delicate flavor of a fried green tomato. My ribs were good but slightly less meaty than others I’ve had. The garlic mushrooms were fantastic and may have been the highlight of my meal. Ambiance was nice and it was generally quiet, but we were back and away from the main dining area. The low light makes for a romantic setting without being too hard to see as it is in some establishments. Again, a good experience, not exceptional, but we’ll be back when we are in town again.

I thought about this review probably more than I should have. I came to this restaurant with some coworkers 4 years ago and had a great experience. I was in town with my wife and decided to go back and relive the memories. The decorum had changed a bit. They now have butcher paper on top of the tables with crayons which is pretty cool because if take your kids there they can just color all over the table. The service was excellent The building was clean it had a fairly fun atmosphere. I ordered ribs and they were just really really overcooked. I know ribs are supposed to be smoked for a long time but these ones were pretty charred on one end, on the bottom. I didn't really know until I was in the middle of the rack but it just had a real bitter flavor to it. Ended up leaving some of them. I know I could have talked to the staff about it but I'm not one to return food to the kitchen it just feels awkward. I'd probably go back but I don't know what I'd get. I should say my wife ordered a steak. It was cooked exactly how she wanted it. She said it was delicious.

I've eaten here countless times, and have never been dissatisfied until tonight. We had a group of 14, a reservation was made days in advance. When we got there, there was a group of 50 (seriously, who approves that on a Friday night?!) and another group about our size that all arrived within around 30 minutes of us. I can't believe they would book themselves like that. Other patrons who didn't have reservations were being told the wait was an hour and a half (which turned out not to be the case, as the two tables next to us who were seated at the same time were finished with their meals before we were served ours). We were seated 35 minutes AFTER our reserved time, didn't get our wine for another 30 minutes, salads came probably another 10 minutes later, and our food came out about 20 minutes after that. To have a 6:45 reservation and be served dinner at 8:20 is just not good. Our server left much to be desired throughout the entire evening. While the giant group and ensuing delays in the kitchen and bar were obviously not her fault, she didn't even do the bare minimum. She had maybe four tables to attend to that I could see, so I can't blame the 50 top. The only thing she offered was some bread for the delay, and even that was flippant and insincere. She didn't once offer to refill a single drink, she had to be asked every time. She had to be reminded of requests, brought food out intermittently with what seemed like no rhyme or reason, served incorrect orders, was asked for multiple to-go boxes and only brought one, and generally just had a lack of care in her service. The only shining light of the evening was the quality of the food. It was stellar, as always. My husband ordered a medium burger and was served medium rare, but that's something that just happens sometimes. No biggie there. The food is the only reason this isn't a one star review. The management really stuck it to their staff by allowing a group so large to take up half their capacity at 7pm on a Friday night, and also allowing at least two other 10+ groups to reserve around the same time. I don't think our server would have been good even if they weren't busy, but I wouldn't be so irritated if it weren't coupled with the amount of time this whole thing took when a reservation was made. We have done this same family dinner here more than once in the past with absolutely no major issues, and unfortunately we were collectively very...

I am here for the 4th year to play in the Huntsman World Senior games and we were staying at the Fairfield Inn hotel (which is great) across the street from this restaurant. My husband & I went there Thursday night Oct. 10th 2024 once we got in town and he got the grilled Halibut & I got the scallops & shrimp Alfredo pasta which was very tasty plus the service was very good I wished I would have gotten her name and taken pictures of our food.

We went again Sunday Oct. 13th…when we walked in we were asked if we had a reservation (we are from Texas) and didn’t know we needed one 🤔 we were told it may take awhile to be seated in a half empty place (another couple walked in behind us and were standing there too and heard them tell us that). I asked how long, and the girl hostess stated she didn’t know, maybe 10 mins…??? Um ok, no big deal right? She then looked at the other couple and asked if they were helped and if she could help them the lady with her husband looked at me and said we are in line behind them pointing at us. The hostess said oh ok and said it will be a while to them too. We backed up closer to the wall and 30 seconds later the hostess came back grabbed two menus and silverware in napkins and said to us “this way” um ok… and the other lady with her husband said that’s a fast 10 mins 😐 we both looked at each other as I agreed with her but felt like we were both basically told to leave before we ever got seated like she didn’t care about us as customers really. Well we were seated in the lounge bar area booth and every time someone came in either door the cold air would hit us so not a great spot near that door. This time my husband had the salad with fresh apples and mixed greens it had too much dressing that it was soggy & I had the 6 ounce Medallion steak ( this is NOT a filet minion) ordered med rare with Squash casserole, the steak was recvd med well and therefore she took it back leaving the squash casserole so I felt I had to eat that so it wouldn’t get cold and then after 11 mins I recvd a med rare medallion, it was tasteless and tough, so…not so great this time. I do not recommend going on a Sunday night or ordering any steak or salad. Will not be eating here the remainder of our stay which is until Oct 20th. The prices here are very high as well especially since the food is below average to bland at best I...

Every single person I came in contact inside that place was rude and cold AF they had absolutely zero personalities not one smile it was kind of like a cafeteria atmosphere being from out of state when I first went to the bar the bartender lady did not smile she didn't even look my way I stood there for a few minutes then she told me about the rule where you have to sit down and Utah so I was like okay that ordered a beer because it was a long wait line in the front even though we had reservations and then so I was drinking my beer and my friends yelled over from the front and said Tracy are tables ready so I was like okay so I jumped out of the stool and I started walking that way I walked through the restaurant I got to the while I walked to the bar I got to the front and the two ladies standing towards the front door were like kind of loud and rude no smile or nothing they didn't say excuse me first or nothing there just hey you can't be walking through this place with a bear in your hand that's not cool I was just like shocked at like how they attacked me and they were so rude like I'm not from Utah I was just visiting and had a reservation there then when we sat down and ordered my meal I ordered the scallop and shrimp alfredo pasta dish and when it came to the table there was literally one little tiny peanut of a scallop in there and I immediately pointed it out to the waitress my friends were done eating in there and tire meal by the time my meal came back with scallops in it there was a good amount of shrimp but there was only that one's called anyway it was very basic cafeteria type food I didn't think it was good at all and it was pricey too really expensive I want to go there for nothing again even if it was free those people all need attitude adjustments they need customer service training they need smile training they need happy training people don't go out and spend money to be insulted and be...
