For some reason the manager at this location is so controlling and rude! Went there on a Wednesday, it wasnât really busy. Was with my family and a couple of friends, a total of 6 of us. Was playing a game and the manager comes over and tells us we need to quiet down, but the place was nearly empty and we werenât being disruptive or disrespectful, we were just having fun at our table. We were laughing and she comes over again and tells us we need to quiet down, but there really wasnât anyone in the place. So we decided to go outside. However, they have the heaters on (mind you itâs like 85+ degrees) and asked if we could have the heat turned off. We were the only ones on the patio (again, the place was empty). When asking if we could turn off the heat, she stated she couldnât without turning off the outside lights (it was like 5pm and plenty of sunlight still out)!! This manager is clearly on a power trip and I feel sorry for the employees who have to work there! When as asked since she wouldnât turn off the heat, that we would come back inside, she said only if we were quiet, as there was all of two people in the restaurant! I understand if we were being very disruptive or had foul language or what not, but we were just 6 people laughing from playing an innocent game (heads up)! I have played this game at plenty of other establishments in town and never had an issue! Clearly this location is proud to be a super quiet place for people to eat in silence! I opted to use the âuse at restaurantâ option for my offers and rewards on the app, the cashier at the drive thru could not get them to scan and was very rude. She said âsorry, it isnât working our system is being updatedâ and kept giving me the total without the offer/ rewards. I explained that they always work in mobile orders and if I would have done the mobile order option my total would be cut in half right now due to the points and the offers I had saved. She again said âsorryâ and looked at the car behind us in line like we were the problem. I paid the full amount but will NOT be going back there.    Read moreMost employees were very standoffish and didnât really speak more than required to customers or each other. If I was a manager here I would start fixing this issue. I have never seen so employees stand around not resolving their issues and expecting others to read their minds.
My order was wrong two times and I had to read the receipt to them to get it across what was missing.
This is a beautiful location. Like new in and out and nicely designed.
