Fatbee Cafe St Joseph — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

I’ve been coming to this place for a while and it usually isn’t a bad experience. But…I went in and placed two separate orders which i understand can be difficult to manage for some, but I placed those orders and then waited over 15 minutes for 4 drinks which I was completely fine with. After looking over the drinks I realized I had received a wrong one. So I went back and asked the man very nicely if I could have the drink and ordered. Without trying to understand what happened or apologizing for what happened I was immediately met with being told I got what I ordered and that he didn’t make a mistake and I made the mistake. After being berated by him I asked if I can just get what I ordered, to which I was told “they do not do exchanges”…when I explained I’m not asking for an exchange I just want the drink I ordered he printed ONE of the receipts from my two orders which had the correct orders, and then I asked him to print the second receipt and he refused saying I made the mistake and I have to take my order and leave. Was very unsatisfied and very upset with how he chose to handle the situation. I will not be going back and I don’t recommend...

Bad experience today 07/08/25, I got barely a greeting from the guy, he didn't get it I asked him 3 times to tell me "all the ingredients in the Mango Serenity" he said Mango and Coconut. I know from personal experience there are other ingredients than just 2. I have severe food allergies and I need to know all the ingredients. He was not helpful, refused to give me the information, and he was quite rude, so I left and stop at another local place and gave them my business. Really.... Get a Clue!! Food Allergies are real and we need to know the exact ingredients!! I would suggest if you want better Customer service and someone who earnestly wants to be there to greet and help the Customers with their questions, go somewhere else. I will never go...

I was excited to try Fatbee Café, but unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The staff member was not welcoming and didn't take the time to explain the menu or the available flavors.
