I haven't been to this establishment. I have been to others. Since franchises/chains tend to work, roughly the same, I'll concede by the reviews all is well. I'm here to call out "State of Nate" who decided to fall back on the "Starbucks" syndrome, as I call it. The gentlemen at Starbucks did not deserve to be kicked out, but don't you think you should default to "let the story play out first" before you cry "racism!" These "gentlemen" , and I use that term loosely for them, that dined and dashed at Chipotle's and then videoed the refusal because the manager was smart enough to not fall for the "I'll video this racist act if you don't give me my food (another chance to rip you off)" deserve to be arrested, plain and simple. They are obviously guilty of MULTIPLE offenses, just read their social media posts, all of them. Read moreI would give this place a 0 if I could. I ordered online and they had no meat. Instead of informing me of this via call or text, or even when I got to the restaurant to pick up; but no. Instead they decided to just give me the order. A pathetic excuse for a prepared meal if I ever saw one. The burrito bowl was like soup, and it was freezing cold as if they took the ingredients out of the refrigerator and put it in the Togo tray. When I went back in to show what a mess their food was and to ask why there was no meat, the MANAGER (November 11th 2023 4:45 pm) ( white male, medium height, slender build, bald and condescending) told me in a "proud to finally get to shut down a customer because I'm miserable" tone that he absolutely could not refund my money, or prepare me a new meal (even tho I told him it was OK it had no meat), I just wanted better quality food. I'm sure it was because I am a black woman. He seemed as if he were waiting for me to flip out, or was punishing me because some other black woman had snapped at him previously. I was appalled at the lack of care this manager had towards the situation. Read moreThis is THE MOST HORRIBLE Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I only order takeout and there’s been so many issues but I continue to give them excuses such as: maybe the person putting the orders together is having a bad day. HOWEVER, there is a consistent issue. I’ve had the skin of the avocado left in my guacamole. The wrong meat is in my quesadilla. If there is no vinaigrette available, the girl putting the orders together does not care to suggest anything else or apologize. Instead, she continues about her day ignoring everyone. I will stand at the counter waiting and she will not greet anyone the entire time. Truly, if you don’t like your job then please stop working there. I have always remained cordial because I don’t want to make her day worst but it’s very hard not to get upset when this is a consistent issue and I’m always tipping the staff.
