This place has gone downhill in the last year. Always short staffed, rarely in stock of food, never get my orders right, and they take the fast out of fast food.I’m not one to leave reviews especially bad ones but today’s experience sent me through the roof.
I’m in the drive through and I get to the speaker. Waited at least 5 minutes for someone to take my order. When someone finally answered I placed an order for my sister of everything bagel mini’s. She didn’t want them so I replaced (or tried to replace) them with a regular everything bagel with cream cheese. I couldn’t even finish my request before the lady taking my order asked if I was gonna order anything else. I also ordered a medium dragonfruit refresher.
When I got to the window I paid and got my food. I checked to make sure they got the order right and lo and behold, they didn’t. The lady taking my order completely disregarded my request of replacing the bagel mini’s with a regular bagel. And not only were the bagel mini’s not changed, they were plain and not everything, so even if I wanted the bagel mini’s, they still got the order wrong.
So I told them they got the order wrong and they exchanged the bagels with a multigrain because they had nothing else. Then they gave me my drink, and they gave me a small not a medium.
So overall, I will be going to the dunkin...
Read moreI hate to leave a review like this. This dunkin is closest to my house and should be "convenient". I dont think iv had a coffee made right at this location more than 2x out of countless times, mind you they didnt taste bad (most of the time) just not what i ordered. Today was pretty much my final straw though, walking in and hearing the ladies in the back swearing at one another. New cashier trying to get help from another girl who was more intent on texting than paying attention, managed to put my drink order in wrong AGAIN, and i was to tired to bother correcting a coffee and latte. I dont mind waiting either, but 10minutes for a breakfast sandwich and i get the "were short staffed" 5 people with 1 car and 1 person putting an order in apparently is to much to handle? I also asked for assorted donuts, while i was talking to the other cashier, the other girl gave me all glazed instead of assorted. I could have bought glazed donuts at the store that taste the same for half the price. I go to dunkin maybe once or twice a month, usually on a saturday or sunday. I think in the last 6 months this place is a severe revolving door location as iv never seen the same people more than once.
Ill drive down to the Dunkin on 4th street from now on instead of walking around the corner to this one, at least then ill know im getting...
Read moreRarely do I visit around this area, but I wanted to give this Dunkin's a try. Pretty small, but minimal. Not too cramped, but I went when it wasn't too busy.
I wasn't looking for donuts, but I will say that the prices for donuts (also "Munchkins") are not displayed. I've also noticed that most of the donuts that aren't displayed on the glass are in the back, but you can see it from the register. Usually there would be a shelf, but not at this Dunkin's. You might need to ask for the options if they aren't on display (for donuts/munchkins).
I don't remember names as I do faces, but the lady with the blue-blonde hair is okay. She's patient, as I've seen so far. Polite as well, which is a necessity in cashiers. We ordered refreshers, by the way. (I don't bother with food--never liked it) Although she forgot a specific thing in our drinks, we came back and she did remember. Cashier is not the best at improvising, but gladly: she was generous.
I do not recommend the drive-thru, especially with this Dunkin's. I've learned from this same exact Dunkin's to never go into a drive-thru. It pays off in the end to walk in, pun intended.
