I was almost a daily regular here. My order is pretty simple, large iced vanilla coffee with cream and sugar. Sometimes I throw in a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. This particular morning, the drive thru line was slightly longer than normal, so I decided to head inside. The girl taking the orders (both drive thru and counter) was EXTREMELY rude - she works almost every morning, I see her all the time. I could see her physically rolling her eyes and copping an attitude to the guests over the mic who were in the drive thru. All while she had her back turned to me, purposely, since the moment I walked in. I get being busy, but you can at least tell someone "hi, I will be right with you". Anyway, I ordered my usual coffee and bagel. She cut me off while I was ordering to confirm how I liked my coffee, then when finished ordering she just walked away. I mean at least I am smart enough to use the card machine, but she could have told me "go ahead and insert your card" or something along those lines. One girl made my coffee and kinda silently handed it to me as if not to get in the way of this other girl then went back to making coffees. The other girl is showing across the food area at a guy who was in charge of making the bagels. I went to the other end where she had eventually gone down to help because apparently this guy could not handle making 3 bagels at once. She made mine. I asked for toasted, and my bagel is almost completely inedible it is so raw. I am not even sure the dough finished cooking in the actual baking process. I am pregnant, and pretty sure that raw dough is a big no-no. So thanks for ruining my breakfast. Not to mention the HUGE glob of cream cheese on it... I asked for a bagel with cream cheese, not cream cheese with a little bagel. Then she had the nerve to kinda half turn toward the counter and borderline slam it on the counter without looking at me AGAIN - mumbles "plain bagel", then storms off in the other direction. This experience has almost done it in for me. There is one girl in particular who I really like there. I believe her name is Danielle, and she is always friendly toward me. It is a shame she was not working this morning. But to this other girl, who never wears a name tag, honey, find yourself a different job. You should NOT be working in customer service with your sour attitude. Busy or not, you cannot let the stress get to you, and taking it out on your other guests is the worst way to handle it. I am not one to usually write a review, but this girl's nasty attitude needs to be addressed, and I genuinely hope someone in management does...

I ordered 1 medium French vanilla iced coffee. When I got to the window I was charged $2.88 at 11:49. I Than sat there waiting for my coffee. I was than informed at 11:56 that I paid for the wrong coffee and that I still had to pay for my actual coffee which was $2.78. I figured that was fine, charged 10 cents more but not a big deal. This was not the case, I was than told I HAD to pay the $2.78 for my coffee. I was not given a refund and had no option but to pay AGAIN for my one coffee. There is no other place in America that would charge incorrectly And than not refund but actually make you pay AGAIN. He did not call Over a manager or anything but gave me no Option but to pay again. I am always happy to pay it forward when those chains start at the drive through, but not when it is forced on me. I did use the app so I understand a refund may have been hard, but my first charge was 10 Cents more and I was okay with that.. but to Make Me Pay again was insane and something I have never Encountered, especially at a chain that I frequent often. I will not be returning to thisLocation and I am very upset with the lack of professionalism and the fact that I Paid for two coffees when I ordered and received one, with no Choice but to pay. I hope this does not happen...
Read moreI've gone here roughly 2-3 times per week for the past several months. It's the closest DD on my way to work. I know if I go here, then I need to leave early because they never get my order right. Today 11/11/16, I went through the drive thru to get breakfast and ordered the Turkey Cheddar Bacon on Ciabatta with no sauce, hash browns, and an iced decaf latte with hazelnut. I paid for my order and got my coffee then they "parked" me in their narrow driveway so that people would have to squeeze past me to get out. I had asked the lady at the drive thru to put salt in my bag for my hash browns. The lady brought out my food and I asked her if there was salt in the bag, she said no, just "ketchup and stuff". I told her I had asked for salt, she said "well no one told me that". I finally got her to get me some salt and I thanked her politely and she glared at me, didn't say anything, and walked away. I started driving and took a sip of my drink and there is no hazelnut, and it is not decaf (I can't have caffeine because it gives me severe panic attacks). My sandwich was cold. My hash browns were barely cooked. I stopped asking for mustard for my sandwich awhile ago because on 4 separate occasions, they have given me these disgusting, dried-out packets. I would not recommend this location if you want to get what you actually ordered. I know I won't be going...
