I very rarely take the time to write a review—particularly a negative one—but my experience at this particular Burger King location was so profoundly disappointing on multiple levels that I feel compelled to share the details in full. What was meant to be a quick, convenient stop for a familiar fast food meal turned into a frustrating and unsatisfactory ordeal that left me questioning the overall management, staffing, and quality standards of this establishment.
To begin with, the cleanliness of the interior was noticeably substandard. Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed that the floors were slick and greasy to the point of being a safety hazard. Every step felt precarious, as though I might slip at any moment. It wasn’t just a minor spill or isolated area—the greasy texture was widespread throughout the customer area, suggesting a lack of regular cleaning and attention to basic hygiene. A fast food environment can be busy, yes, but that’s no excuse for what amounted to a significant cleanliness issue.
Next, the service—if you can call it that—was, quite frankly, abysmal. I wish I could say the staff was simply slow or disorganized, but the reality is that there appeared to be an almost total absence of any structured service. After placing our order, not only did we receive the wrong items, but when we attempted to correct the mistake, we were met with indifference. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the error, and no visible effort to make things right. It felt like customer service was not even a secondary concern—it simply wasn’t on the radar at all.
Compounding this frustration was our experience at the drive-through, which I would describe as nothing short of baffling. We waited for several minutes at the speaker without a single response. After assuming perhaps there was an issue with the headset or intercom system, we pulled forward to the window, hoping to speak with someone directly. Still, there was no acknowledgment—not even eye contact from any staff member. It was as though the drive-through was abandoned entirely. I’ve experienced slow service before, but this was on another level—complete radio silence and a total absence of communication. It felt surreal.
And then, of course, there’s the food. One of the most basic expectations when dining at a fast food restaurant is that your order will be correct and at least reasonably consistent with the brand’s standard. Unfortunately, neither of these expectations were met. The items we received were incorrect—some completely different from what was ordered—and those we did receive were of noticeably poor quality. The burgers were lukewarm and haphazardly assembled, the fries were stale and soggy, and everything seemed like it had been sitting out far too long. It was difficult to even find something edible in the mix, let alone enjoyable.
All things considered, this experience painted a very poor picture of the restaurant’s current operations. Between the filthy floors, the total breakdown in customer service, the complete neglect of the drive-through, and the low-quality food, it’s hard to identify a single redeeming element from our visit. It’s especially disappointing given the potential for Burger King locations to offer reliable, efficient, and satisfying meals when run properly.
To say this location needs improvement would be an understatement. There appears to be a systemic issue here that goes beyond one bad day. Whether it’s a matter of understaffing, lack of training, ineffective management, or simply a lack of pride in the work being done, it needs to be addressed if this Burger King hopes to retain customers and uphold the standards associated with the brand.
I sincerely hope someone in a position of oversight takes this review seriously and begins to implement necessary changes. Until then, I cannot recommend this...
Read moreThis is by far the WORST place I have ever visited! My family and I pulled up to place an order and we saw a sign that said 2 for $5 Whopper Jr when we asked Zoe stated they didn’t have the special anymore which was confusing because there is a sign posted adjacent from the speaker. Then she came back and said I already rung you up and what else! No professionalism and I said im asking do you have it or not and she was very rude and I told her I was coming in. When I come in I asked who was on the intercom and she I was. I asked to speak to her manager and Alexis said one second. Zoe went back and forth with me while at the counter and I asked for corporate number and Alexis stated they don’t give that number out because it’s her managers personal phone number and I asked for Zoe’s last name and she stated she didn’t know it. Then Hailey jumped in when I addressed how unprofessional Zoe was to me as a customer and I explained to her I’m not talking to her all while another customer is standing there waiting on his food and I’m being denied and treated poorly by asking a simple question. Zoe keep going on and Alexis finally pushed her back. I have never received this kind of treatment to this magnitude and it’s disheartening that we have people who work in public service but have no respect or compassion let alone proper etiquette and/or training to deliver excellent customer service. I am a trainer and love helping and training people I would never display this kind of attitude towards ANYONE! I will never come back to this place and those women need disciplinary action taken immediately for the unfair treatment I received...
Read moreI drove up through the drive-thru this evening and asked if I could order the Family bundle or if it was too late/too close to closing for such a large order. A young man taking drive thru orders came onto the speaker. I didn't understand what he had said, as his voice sounded a bit muffled. I asked, "I'm so sorry, I can't hear or understand what you had said, would you mind repeating?" The young man said something and again, still could not hear/understand what was said. So I apologized and asked if he could repeat. Immediately, I hear, "UGGHHH". So I sat there waiting for a response, thinking maybe that sigh wasn't for me?... after about 20 seconds of not hearing anything, I drove around to the drive thru window and as soon as this young man saw me, he rushes over to his female colleague and they turn to look at me and he starts laughing. The young man turns back to face his colleague for a brief moment and turns around to look at me for the second time. Though, instead of laughing, he throws a bottle in my direction and it hits the window. Luckily, the window was not open and the bottle did not hit me. Immediately after he throws the bottle, I hear his female colleague yell, "Stoooopppp!" At the young man. I was so appalled and shocked, I drove away. I've been coming to this location for the last few years and have never experienced such bad behavior until now. After leaving, I did call this location and I left a voicemail. What a shame.. Mind you, I was completely calm and polite as I'm always, to prevent anyone from spitting in my food. I suppose, good thing my order was...
