Save your money and go someplace else. 4 of us stopped by for a late lunch at what appeared to be a fun 50's style diner. Ordered 2 burgers, a grilled ham and cheese and a Reuben. The burgers were supposed to have onion straws on them, they should change the menu to just 1 onion straw. The grilled ham and cheese only had cheese on part of the sandwich, the parts of toasted bread that had anything on them were actually tasty. Then we get to the reuben... the first time it came out there were literally some small pieces of chopped pastrami, a slice of cheese and some sauce on the bread. When I showed the server, her response was "times are hard"! I have many years of restaurant management experience, that was the first time in my life I've ever heard such a thing stated by any employee to a customer. The server took the sandwich back to the kitchen where they added some meat and brought it back. As I sat eating the sandwich, I kept thinking that something is wrong. Then it hit me... there was no sauerkraut on the sandwich. I took my sandwich up to the counter to tell my server. She tells the cook that he forgot the sauerkraut and you would have thought she had told him to go dig a ditch. He glared at me like I didn't know what a reuben was, then disappeared behind the wall. The next time my sandwich was served, it came out with the same cold fries that have now been back to the kitchen several times and of course, the sandwich was cold. When I asked the server if the cook was in training, she said he had been there for 12 years! We did get a little bit of a discount for the sandwich, but that was too little too late. If this is standard operating procedure here...I don't know how they stay...

We waited 40 minutes for our drinks and appetizer, which we put in at the same time as our order. My husband said he saw the counter staff, who had sat us and taken our order, on their phone before we got our food. When our appetizer came, we had to ask for our drinks as well. When we both got our main courses, shortly after receiving our appetizer, I only had ONE slice of turkey per "decker" of my turkey club sandwich (see photo) and my husband only had ONE full piece of beef in his french dip sandwich (see photo). The appetizer we got was the fried pickles. The batter was good but it over powered the pickle itself because the slices were so thin- we thought it tasted like French's fried onions or a sour cream and onion chip in lieu of fried pickles. They were extremely busy due to it being Sunday and after church, so while we anticipated a wait, the food was not worth it and waiting that long for our drinks was ridiculous. Before anyone says why didn't we say anything about the drinks, we opted to not say anything until our appetizer was brought due to how busy they were based on how many patrons were in the establishment, but after my husband said the girl waiting on our table was on her phone, they obviously weren't that busy. My husband said he also saw an older man dressed in nice clothes, presumably the owner based on how we heard him interact with staff and how he acted in the diner, reach into a bread bag without washing his hands first or wearing gloves to make himself toast. We paid $36 and change, plus tip, for this less than...

Awful. Waited over an hour paid $10 for a shrunk low quality burger (hence the shrinking) the size of a credit card on a giant bun, wasn't even cooked right, maybe 8 french fries that were practically raw and saturated with grease. Turn up the fryers!

For $10 I can get a gourmet burger at least twice the size and craft beer on the side at a fantastic brewpub. This was just miserable especially for the price. I wouldn't mind it was a $5 deal, but this was 10 plus tip plus drink and it took forever... and it wasn't even busy in there. Absolutely zero excuses for the manager/kitchen manager, and kitchen staff.

I came back to add a star for the wait staff, and because the breakfasts looked like a much better portion, better price, and actually cooked correctly. Good job on the scrambled and sunny side up eggs. The rest though was complete BS.

Wait staff was nice, got every order correct, and did a good job keeping drinks topped up.

Unfortunately for them, I will never be back due to the terrible mismanagement, food, and pricing. seriously, if you want a burger you are better off going to fast food and spending five bucks. It will save you an hour of your...
