By 11 am they're usually out of most breakfast sandwiches that are listed as being available all day. It's a 50/50 shot that the person at the window is a rude, eye rolling little gutter troll that has no business being the face of this company.
This location in particular (and I've been to a LOT of them, nationwide) should do itself a favor and keep the tattooed lady or the two LGBTQ+ friendly Bros at the window. THEY are what people expect when we visit Starbucks. Friendly, neat, clean, polite, HAPPY (at least pro-customer service happy fakers) Not the wincing, frazzled, grumbling awkward messes that they have half of the other time greeting their customers and shoving drinks in our faces. I got a shove and "Here" when said gutter troll handed me my drink the last time I told myself I wouldn't come back to this Starbucks. Didn't even do the swirly flick to mix up my iced coffee.
This location is in a great spot and I know they're losing business because they can't keep up with demand or customer satisfaction. The lines are the slowest I've seen. 10-20 minute wait time is to be expected. Watched a truck hop the curb and out of line to go to McDonalds across the street after waiting for 10+ minutes. He roared past, well on his way to work before I even got to order here.
I gave a compliment at the Starbucks on post about the vast contrast between them and this location and had a nice chuckle with the perfect stranger behind me as we joked about how bad this location is. Not hard to put two and two together.
I only stop at this location if the line has less than 3 cars. The other two do not have a drive thru if that tells you anything. I'd rather park, walk, and waste time to get better service.
For the 3-6$ coffee we spend, this Starbucks location should strive do better. It's not the town because the other two locations are up to par. Myself (and I'm sure others, too) do not pay a premium to start our mornings off annoyed and wondering what the f*ck...
Read moreWe went here on the final stretch of our 16 hour road trip. The closest Dunkin would have added another 30 minutes to our trip so when we saw a Starbucks we had a small sigh of relief. However, after walking out, we realised the trip to DD would have been worth it. Starbucks served us an incredibly bland and burnt coffee, and a cup of hot tea for $11. The tea was fine, not hard to mess up putting a tea bag in hot water, I guess. But the coffee was incredibly disappointing. Burned, bitter, and definitely not worth the money. The boards didn't list everything they had which had us playing a fun game of "so do you have _?" And the cashier was totally clueless. My husband used the bathroom, and said the urinal was so awkward and splashy he may as well have just peed on his feet. I also used the bathroom and thought of no reason why a bathroom should have bedroom mood lighting. Starbucks, you're trying way too hard to be trendy, maybe if y'all directed more energy into the lights, the coffee wouldn't have...
Read moreYou can only give a location so many chances. Posted on the doors clearly are the hours for the location. Even better they posted a piece of paper with the adjusted hours. However if you are showing mobile pick up, carry out, and lobby it would only make sense to have that truly be the case. Even with the crazy COVID-19 times, I have never seen such inconsistency with a business. I have also had the wonderful experience of ordering on the mobile app just to arrive to see that they had elected to close early. Did I get my money back? No, I had to send a customer complaint to the corporate customer service. After waiting a week I finally received a refund. That being said I have always been greeted at the window with a smile when they are actually there. I truly feel bad for the staff that has to work under such a poor business manager. The only good news is that this is starbucks so I'll just drive a mile down the road to a...
