Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Saint Robert

Me and My Wife love Dairy Queen Blizzards and have been to this location 5 times in the past few weeks. 4 out of 5 times our blizzards have been melted and unflippable. 1st we was told they didn't have the ingredients to make the blizzards we wanted. We then waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru only to pay for half melted Blizzards. The guy in the window never flipped them and then had to watch us struggle with them before even offering a cup holder. I posted pictures in the public section for future viewers to see. The “manager” who worked today 08/16/2025 around 3pm a tan fellow portly and gray hair was expecting me to donate after my purchase and because I told him I didn’t want to donate he then told me if I need money that badly he can give me a $1 insinuating my finances aren’t in check or that he’s trying to call me poor.

I walked out cause he was rude and I’m not sure how he is the manager but like some reviews said the workers don’t seem to care and if they are learning from this manger then it makes a lot of sense. If I could give 0 stars I would. The way the General manager talks to his people is absolutely disgusting. He talks to them like they are beneath everyone because they work fast food… hello sir you work it too!! As long as this man is the general manager I won’t be shocked if there is a high turn over rate!! Will not be back to this location I won’t condone to his paycheck while he gets to sit around and judge people. Absolutely disgusting.
