On May 6th around 4:00 am, I have never been treated so badly all because of simple miscommunication due to i am assuming the drive thru speaker. We ordered carne asada fries, a sausage breakfast burrito with extra sausage, sour cream, cheese, and a large horchata, A total of 21$. After we got our food before pulling out of the driveway we opened the box of "carne asada fries" to find plain fries covered in sour cream and nothing else. So we pulled back into the parking lot and went inside and asked why they gave us plain fries anf not the carne asada fries, the woman at the counter who was the same woman at the drive thru snached our entire bag of food and through it away, I said nothing was wrong with the burrito, what the heck? And she said they making your carne asada fries. So we got our new bag and now there is no burrito.... so we ask where the burrito was and she said we didn't pay for both. So we ask for the receipt. She gives it to us, and explains to us what we paid for in the most condescending way. If she explained this at the beginning we were more the happy to pay the difference. But at this point she would not even acknowledge thats what we are telling her and we were asked to leave.... I could not believe what had happened. So we paid 21.00 for a large horchatta, fries with carne asada and melted cheese only on them and one green sauce. No straw no forks. I'm thourghly disappointed as this was one of my favorite places to eat. I'm not sure...
Read moreI have driven by this place many times saying I need to try it out and Christmas Eve proved to be that day. While prepping for the holiday we needed to get lunch somewhere. Everywhere was closed understandably but Aibertos was not. This is how we learned that incredibly they are open 24/7/365. As the nice woman working told me when I asked, "We never close."
I always get my baseline burrito and can't say it disappointed at all. It is good enough that we've been back several times since. You definitely get a lot of burrito for the money. I'm going to place it in between average and top of the list. The convenience of always open, a drive thru, and relatively quick service makes it a great choice.
Every person working there has been super friendly. Last time I stopped in I saw them prepping a dish in the kitchen so asked the person taking my order about it. They were excited to tell about some of the other menu items and suggested the carne asada fries, which we will try next time. This night we ended up with a carne asada nachos as I saw being prepped and did not regret that at all.
If you've never been here it is worth...
Read moreSlow service. I ordered a chorizo torta and was given a chorizo with egg torta, which had no taste of chorizo whatsoever, maybe because it had more egg than chorizo. Another customer was there asking for more limes he waited 10 minutes until someone paid him any attention (the fridge was opened and we could see the limes) and when someone acknowledged him, he was told that the ones they had were no good. Also witness a drive thru customer taking advantage of. His total came to be $17.79 and was told it was $17.80. Although it was only one cent taken away (without the customer knowing) that one cent can later be more than one cent, taken from many customers. It gives them a bad look, especially after being caught by a customer. The kitchen is opened view, it was dirty and messy, they can at least have it a bit cleaned since customer can see right through it. So far, I wasn't impressed by this place, I didn't see or recieved good customer service, good food, or good environment. Won't be going back,...
