I want to give Crave five stars, but I do have a suggestion based on an experience ordering online today. I totally understand that Crave is a relatively small business and has limited inventory for a reason. However,I was a bit disappointed when I put in a paid online order for two cupcakes this morning for my partner's birthday (a pre-celebration before the weekend), and when I went to pick it up around 1pm they said they had had to put them away.
When I got into the store they thankfully had one cupcake left and they did offer to give me multiple scones as a consolation (I took one).

Read moreI had very high hopes coming here with all the gorgeous photos and reviews. I ordered the Northshore sandwich and it was too sweet for me. The aioli and the bacon turn this into candy and not what I want at breakfast. The egg was nicely cooked and the sandwich came out beautiful. The maple bacon on its own as a treat was delicious! My partner ordered the Crave sandwich and the pepper jelly was also too sweet. The gluten free bread was delicious though and the egg was also perfectly cooked! The location is nice and easy to walk to with plenty of street parking. The shop is very aesthetic and minimally decorated. It felt very clean and crafted. If you don’t like overly sweet breakfasts maybe build your own sandwich or just keep that in mind. It’s not on the menu, but they did have a steamed apple cider special too,...
