Dunkin' — Restaurant in Salem

Moody & disrespectful staff. I currently live down the street so I go here because it’s the closest dunks, I’ve gone maybe 5 times since living here, usually just getting a coffee, and no problem, the service was pretty nice- they were pleasant enough and gave me my coffee quickly. Even was complimenting my outfit and eyelashes, so I thought it was okay. Until today- first time getting food here, I ordered three everything bagels, with 2 creamcheeses, 1 toasted. I had to explain my order 3-4 times & then I was charged for 3 cream cheeses & the kid asked me like 4 follow up questions. They put the cream cheese on the bagel which I didn’t ask for so idk why they didn’t ask, I worked at Dunkin for over a year when I was 19 so I know that’s not how you’re suppose to do it. Also didn’t tell me, and after I pateinetly waited 3 or 4 mins while they were dealing with other guest I simply said “I didn’t get any cream cheese.” The girl bit my head off “I put it on the bagel.” I was polite and said “oh okay I didn’t know, I appreciated it, thank you.” And then I heard her talking to the other employee, “HOW LAzy do yoU thINK I aammmmm, I put it on the bagel.” Like ??? I work at a cafe cuffently, and I also waitress at night, it’s not like I don’t get the whole food industry thing- it was unbelievable to me that they were so rude. Not coming to this one ever again- don’t wanna deal with the short little rude girl again, or the incompetent 19 year old kid who can’t understand the simplest of orders. Go to Boston...

We live right down the street from this dunkin, and have been going here for at least 13 years. The past 2 and a half years they have been horrible. They NEVER get an order right and don’t treat their costumers good anymore. It used to be great. Today, my friends and I went to this Dunkin and ordered 5 things, simple right? Well apparently not. They only gave us 4 and refused to give us compensation for the last item that we never got. The lady was so rude for no reason too. Oh not to mention the hybrid plain bagel and the everything bagel that were for some reason mixed together. Oh wait! If you asked me a month ago I would have given this location 10 stars but since the usual girls left it’s gotten so bad. I used to be in and out in under five minutes even with a large line, and only three employees.
