No sure why John B gave such a bad review but I decided to try and get help here and ignore this one bad reviewall the same. I'm glad I did. They had all the answers and the parts I needed AND I'm a retail customer. (Side note: retail customers without proper licensing can not purchase certain items. Excellent service. Desk guys helped me find a replacement kitchen faucet and offered other options to save me some money. Professional and knowledgable. Anything plumbing that you need they have it. Not sure why the other retail customers had such a bad experience? I have never had those...
