Mandee's Pizza — Restaurant in Salem

Will never order from them again. The cheese fries would've been decent, had they done it right. The cheese on them was not melted but hardened to the fries (have pics). When I asked for a substitution for the salad and french fries that come with the Chicken Kabob Dinner, they substituted with extra onion rings (which also comes with the dinner) and charged me extra for it, even though I was leaving out two of the items the dinner came with. The garlic bread that came with the dinner plate, was SO thin and SUPER small (have pics too). We had nearly a $50 order and based on the quality of food and the portions, typically something like this would cost $25. It was totally not worth it. We always order from North House of Pizza and they are stupendous. The servings are normal, not small, and you can tell they use quality products and don't gip the customer. Also, the customer service is not the best. I won't order from them again. I leave good reviews, but I also leave bad ones when food and customer service isn't the best. Went in to pick up my order. Drove all the way home to other side of Salem. Realised I was given the wrong food. Called Mandee's and Politely told them I understood mistakes happen but could they please deliver my correct order. Was told my pizza could not be delivered for an hour because they had other deliveries first. (There was a delivery driver getting in his car with a delivery when I arrived) My food was sitting there already cooked. willing to send me over a hour old pizza and wait a hour for there mistake... poor customer service. I have worked at plenty food places and would have never handled a order mistake like this. Oh yes & don't forget to bring the other pizza back.... hopefully they didn't still give that pizza to the other customer after it came all the way home with me and back .. and was opened. Disappointed today...

Literally just got done eating and it was BEYOND DELICIOUS!!!!!! My Fiancee & I ordered a small BBQ Chicken Calzone, a medium side of Mozzarella Sticks (6), & 4 Chocolate Chip Cookies. Everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS !!!!!! I called ahead and received a friendly male voice he was very respectful and I had to call back twice (forgetting a few things lol) and still got treated politely and even both of us a laugh !!! Thank you Order taker: E-Rock for putting up with my forgetfulness !!! The price.... The price for it all was the best part !!!!!! $17.80 !!!!!!!!! Without cookies, cookies were an extra $2 something !! Not bad for four fresh and soft baked cookies!!!
