GRADE F…………Placed an order for delivery over 2 hrs ago and got nothing but excuses. We order from this place pretty regularly, AKA: every week. Terrible service would not order from this place again. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

GRADE F...... decided to give this place a second chance, and they failed miserably. My order was wrong, and instead of making a big deal about it, I was going to just place an additional order. But after being informed that i was unable to get delivery, i said that my order was wrong. The UNPROFESSIONAL girl on the phone made a snide comment about placing my order over 5 hrs ago and "now i have a problem". She assumed since I was calling from a very large business up the street from this terrible place, that it must have been my order. I responded that I did not place my order 5 hrs ago, and her comment was not necessary or professional. After having her verify my order, by my phone number, I asked her to tell me the exact time of the order (my order was placed within one hr of my phone call) in fact the order was just delivered 10 minutes before my phone call. Now I remember why I stopped ordering from this place years ago. TERRIBLE SERVICE all around.
With the number of negative reviews on this place its amazing they are still open. Would not recommend this...

I live a few streets away and have been a long time customer. However they have being disappointing and the customer service is awful. In the past week they have gotten my order three times both phone and Uber order. However the first time I let it slide because I know how busy they can get durning these times in salem. Then I ordered from Uber and I was charged an extra $5. When I reported my Uber was wrong I was only refunded $5. So I proceeded to call and let them know my order was wrong and this was not the first time. When I called I spoke to a really nice gentleman who promised me a credit of a free pizza. I ordered today and once again revived the wrong pizza. I ordered a large hometown pizza plain cheese. Instead of using my credit I was charged because the gentleman I spoke to was not in today. Then I once I got home I realized my pizza was wrong. I called and expressed this to a gentleman on the phone and he gave me the run around and proceeded to argue with me. Telling me to bring back the pizza because he has no driver and to pick up the new one. As a single mom this is very disappointing and sad that I have wasted so much money on this place to be treated like I am a liar or not a valued customer.

Read moreLEGAL ISSUE: Hey there, my name is Alex Breton and I was hired to work at Salem House of Pizza (Massachusetts location). With that, I am a minor/under 18 so it just adds to the situation.
I messaged Asshath, the manager, in January as I was looking for a temporary job. He asked me a few questions, and said I could come in to work that same night. I went in around dinner time, however, they didn’t have me sign any sort of paperwork (minors need more paperwork too). With that, they had me doing car pizza deliveries (unsure if minors are allowed to car deliveries) without even verifying I had a license (I got my license a week prior, but still).
To add to that, they still haven’t paid me for the few hours I worked that night. I tried to reach the manager but they blocked me the first time. The second time, the manager (Asshath) refused to put me in contact with his cousin (the owner).
There is absolutely no way this is legal and I’m outraged. I am putting this out there so that people will hopefully see this. I will not stop trying to contact the owner and will move forward/contact my lawyer to see what can be done. I will be contacting the state DOL as well sometime soon.
